One of the better motels I've stayed at. Clean, includes a fridge and microwave, but no coffee maker. Overall, worth the stay. 12 minute drive to Niagara Falls.

The motel was amazing the staff was really nice the pool was clean and didnt have any problems sleeping but the breakfast room was small but dunking was not even a mile Also th falls was really close to the motel great location which lots of food selections

The room was VERY outdated and you can see many repairs have been done and need to be done. It's hard to say the place was clean because it was so run down. The pool is not heated. Did not get offered breakfast or even knew there was free Wi-Fi. I will not go back or recommend this place to anyone and feel I was cheated.

Close to falls, restaurants and shopping. Room was clean but small. Bathroom door stuck so woke everyone up everytime someone used the bathroom thru nite. But overall a pleasant stay

Really overpriced. We checked into our room and found ants and a spider fighting it out on the windowsill in the bathroom. Every bed had at least 1 mystery hair in it. Every wall had dirt/splatter. The mini fridge was moldy. We paid $10 extra for a 'better' room. This time only 1 of the beds had a hair in it and the fridge wasn't moldy, so I guess a little better. One thing to note is that the plumbing isn't done properly, so every time you run water the walls make a loud (I mean LOUD) banging noise that scared the ish out of my daughter and myself the first few times it happened.

It's about 10-15 minute drive to the Falls, at which point we realized there are hotels right next to Niagra Falls for the same price (and probably nicer).

The breakfast are muffins and hot Te, coffe, chocolate, the place is nasty smelly, to Spence for 3 night . The pool is for kids. I recommend another Hotel or Motel in the area. The only thing about this Motel is 14 min away from Niagara Fall. Other then that Not good.
the worst hotel falls. is a great scam and bullshit. breakfast a muffis and nothing more. the service is terrible please don't waste your money here.

$80/night for this? What a rip off. In a very dirty, very scary location; only one soda machine on site and it was broken; staff was rude and spoke very broken English; and worst of all was the bugs. My god the bugs. I've never been so horrified. We came home around 11 PM to find our door littered with these weird mosquito looking bugs and we had to run in the room to make sure they didn't get inside. Then I went to use the restroom, turned on the light to a HORRIFYING sight of these little bugs COVERING the entire bathroom door and bathtub floor. I mean they were EVERYWHERE. Got in despite the screen on the bathroom window. There were these little bugs all over the ceiling and walls and sink and floor. It was absolutely disgusting. The room was tiny, the bed was hard and uncomfortable, and it was not at all worth the price. Don't stay here. Do not recommend.
