A lot of shops will try to upsell you on parts when you come in for basic tuneups or alignments. In my three experiences with this Car-X location, they have done nothing but be straight and true with what I need at that moment while still giving me additional preventative options for the future. I was specifically impressed by the customer service I received from Dre today. I notice his name a lot in there reviews being discussed in a positive light. Maybe a promotion is in order for Dre? :)

Sadly I can not leave the review I had wanted. I have three cars and my first experience was great. I suggested my mom take her car there for a tire leak and some front end work. She took it in and was asked to drop it off the next morning. The tech took notes as to what was needed, the next morning she dropped the car in a bit of a rush as her ride was waiting on her. Once we picked up the car we found they never looked at the tire when we asked why the man at the front desk got rude fast about how she barely spoke to him when dropping the car when we said he took notes the day before he then proceeded to tell us that didn't matter it was a different day and she shouldn't have came in and been in such a rush this morning. His rude behavior will be the reason I do not bring anymore of my business this way. Unfortunately the mechanic was very nice but the front desk is the face of the company.

i have a list of auto guys that suck a mile long.. These guys are exactly what customers want and need. Install parts, install tires, sell tires, driveshafts, whatever. they look up the labor, quote a reasonable price and don't lie to make a bigger bill. The absolute best in INDY.. forget everyone else seriously.

John, Dre, and the entire crew are amazing. We have taken all three of our vehicles for several years and have never had a problem. Always great service! Highly recommend them to everyone I know and strangers too!

I have been taking my cars to this location for a few years now. I must say that I have never been disappointed. They are friendly and fair. I will continue doing business with them and will recommend them to others. Thank you guys for always doing a fantastic job. 👍

Westfield Car-X is totally awesome. John the manager cares about customer service and stands by their work 1000%. They provide a detailed analysis of your problem and repair cost is fair. In other words they will not rip you off as many repair facilities do. I have been coming here for 14 years and have never been disappointed. I recommend giving this Car-X a try before going anywhere else. If I could give a 10 star rating I would. A+++

John, the manager, and other staff members are always helpful and courteous. The estimates are fair and in comparison to other repair businesses usually a bit cheaper. Found them truthful in their inspections and explain the problems and repairs that are needed fully. A great business for ladies to take their vehicles for repairs. They don't talk down to you as some others might.

I've been a Car-X customer for about five years and feel it is long overdue that I let them know how much I appreciate their service, in particular their Manager in Westfield, IN, John Niebold. It is so reassuring to know that I have an auto service that I can trust completely. The fact that they've never tried to sell me anything I did not need or "over-diagnose" a problem or fail to fix a problem is invaluable. In fact, I've moved from Westfield but continue to patronize ONLY the Car-X in Westfield for my auto needs. Not only are they reliable, but also very courteous and the shop is very clean, as well. Kudos to John offering such a well-run store.
