This place is absolutely amazing. I took a long shot and just Googled auto body shops and found them. Nick was extremely helpful with all the information that I needed and as soon as I brought my car up there they got it in and out within a few hours. I will definitely be taking my car back here if I need further repairs and I will definitely recommend them as well.

I had my 2004 VW Jetta running rough and finally died on me on a Sunday morning. Called for towing and within about 90 minutes they were there to tow it to their shop. It took the shop about 5 days to diagnose that the car needed new plugs, coil and overall tuneup and to do it. While the labor charge was standard pricing, I felt the parts were a little overpriced (nearly $19 per spark plug & $230 for a coil). All in all, my tune up, plugs, wires, coil and tow was around $690 which was a tough pill to swallow.

Enjoyed meeting the guys at the shop, they were all very friendly and professional.

Charged me to fix the AC in the car. They replaced the drier, condenser and compressor. The ac stopped working a few days later. I had to take it to a separate shop to find out that the reason it stopped working was that plug was not connected. Nick and his boss at Millers refused to acknowledge their mistake. Its one thing to make a mistake, an entirely different thing to avoid responsibility.

Miller's has now become"our" mechanic. After years of pricing checking around every time something was wrong on one of our vehicles only to find out Miller's always had the best price, was reasonable and fair, did not mark up their prices over the parts shop, etc. We no longer feel the need to check up on them. They've proved themselves to us. We've had a variety of repairs done and have always been completely satisfied. Best price and work around, trustworthy.(and how often can you not feel screwed over from a machanic?) If they just called quicker when work was done or estimates were done I'd not have one small thing bad to say.

Got my vehicle towed in some nasty weather and they were on it. but no one every called me to tell me wether or not they were able to get it towed. I had to wait two days because of the holidays to find out if it was even in their shop. Ended up driving out to the site to see if the car was still there. so thats why I gave them a lower rating.
