Had my Ford Bronco taken to this shop to see what was leaking coolant, my sister had been trying to contact them for 3 days to see what they found out, no one returned her calls. No we get a text message from someone named Dorene saying that while removing the water pump, they broke 2 bolts that go through the timing cover. First off, they were supposed to find the leak, then contact us. There was no authorization for repairs and no estimate was ever given. Still trying to contact them to discuss this further.

Update:
My sister and her husband went to the shop on Saturday, even though they were closed, they found employees were there. My sister called me there was a lot of yelling between 2 employees and her and her husband regarding my Bronco. It took some time, but Chris finally agreed to talk with me.
Chris was quite pleasant to talk with. I had 2 out of my 3 questions answered. Waiting for call on Monday morning when they open. Will update review after Mondays call.

Car Corral has been my main car repair shop for many years. What I like the most about them is that they are honest people, family-owned, with years of experience and know-how. They're not trying to sell you anything you don't need, and are willing to give helpful, logical advice on car problems rather than just trying to get your money in unnecessary parts and labor costs. That's what keeps me coming back; not to mention that they are cheaper for service and labor (and parts) than anyone else I have been to. They always try to find you a quality used part, if possible, before suggesting a brand-new one. They are good people; when unforeseen circumstances interrupted my most recent repair job, not only did the staff give me a ride home to Orem, but the mechanic stayed past his shift to have my car finished that night as promised so I could pick it up the next day. I'd recommend them to anyone.
