We only have one car and I couldn't afford to leave my car there because I had a lot of errands to run and work to do. First place ever to offer me a loaner car for the day! In fact, my vehicle needed extensive work so they let me keep the loaner car for two days. In addition, they were very pleasant to work with . I will definitely use them again and refer family and friends

I would recommend Dickerson Automotive to anyone!

They took care of my mom’s car after another local garage refused.

Brylee was great and really helpful and updated us through out the service.

Have you ever heard how difficult it is to find a honest mechanic? Look no further. Dickerson Automotive has done work on three vehicles for me and a repair on my daughter's car and we are completely satisfied with the quality of craftsmanship they have done. They have never recommended a repair or a part that wasn't needed. I'm not that easy to please but Dickerson has surpassed my expectations every time. I'll keep going back every time I need an auto mechanic. No worries mate.

I was totally impressed with Dickerson Automotive. We are new in town and checked with Dickerson for a second opinion to repair our van. Dickerson saved us hundreds of dollars compared to what the dealership was going to charge. We will definitely be back; these people are fair, honest and their customer service is top-notch!

The very first time I went to Dickerson auto was such a great experience that I will probably make them my official go-to. They were super friendly and clear about what to expect. They are very reasonably priced, and they do a great job! It's also just a nice atmosphere if you need to wait a while. Great place!

I've been taking my vehicles to Todd and Craig at Dickerson Automotive since we moved to Springville in 2000. Actually, for the first year we were in Springville I went to several mechanics with varying degrees of dissatisfaction, misdiagnosed problems, unfixed problems with several return trips to make things right and often many over charges I had to arm wrestle with them with.

Since we only buy used vehicles we have to have a good mechanic. Since being at Dickerson for 16 years, all my 5 kids are grown and most of them take their cars to Dickerson too, having had the same trial and error experience with other mechanics and have come to the same conclusion, that while it first appears the Dickerson quote may be a little higher than others, their support in being able to fix the problem right the first time, on budget and on price, leads to a no hassle experience! And they've dropped me off at work after I drop my car off to them, they've let my daughter borrow their loaner car while her car has been in the shop all day, and if there is ever any question if something isn't fixed right, which is rare, they take complete responsibility in making it right with no extra charges. I suspect a large part of their genius is Shaun their lead mechanic, along with Todd and Craig's hands on experience in their early years before owning their own shop.

Get this, every time I buy a used car, they ask me to bring the car in, no charge, for them to inspect, so I will have a good experience with that car! My son didn't listen to them once when he bought a diesel truck with lots of miles on it, and in the long run that decision cost him a lot of extra dollars and problems.
I thought I was getting a good deal on a Honda Civic, but Craig showed me where the frame of the car had been fixed and welded incorrectly leaving the alignment permanently damaged.

I can't say enough good about Craig and Todd and the gang at Dickerson Automotive! I've got 16 years of good experiences to draw from. Thanks guys!

Ethical, responsive, kind, non-condescending. These are things you don't see often when it comes to auto repair and I really appreciate their help and advice. They give a lot for a little and that's a rare occurrence. We were selling a car and needed to know everything that was wrong with it and they helped us price it right. This is just one of the many things we've had them work on.

I don't do reviews but, after the service I received from them, I felt they deserved a review. These guys are some of the most honest men in the industry to work with. They're up front and will give you their opinion on what is best for you, instead of what is best for their wallets. I live in Draper and I make the drive to take my vehicles to them and will continue to go to them with whatever vehicle problems I have. Great company and great service.
