Horrible Ombre!

Pros:

Staff were very nice.
They did great perms short cuts while I was there.
They offered to "fix" my hair in a few days.
They gave me a soda

Cons:

They seemed to be VERY inexperienced with an Ombre, which has been very popular for a ling time so I thought it was safe.
I definitely would not have gone, had I known. I think they are better with older clients and older styles.

My experience:
I asked for an Ombre (naturally dark at the top and fades to blond) My Ombre had grown out so I wanted them to bring the blond closer to the scalp with the clear instruction for my natural dark to be at the top so it could grow out without needing to do anything for a while.

She started an inch away from the scalp with a harsh line (no fade. It looked like a grown out full dye) and when the other lady saw what she was doing she rushed over and they tried to stop it. It turned ORANGE. A HUGE ORANGE PATCH ON THE TOP OF MY HEAD. The rest of the time they spent trying to fix and blend it. Then they charged me $120 and said, "It looks like what you asked for because it fades" (It blended from the orange on top to the blond ends that I already had from my grown out Ombre).

No, no, no. If you're looking for a style from the last 20 years, go somewhere else.
