My family has bought trailers from Miller trailer sales for years. They have top of the line trailers for amazing prices. Their parts and service department are extremely helpful and quick. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Will not provide service to trailer under warranty. Jim there seems great to work with on service, but the manager has decided not to honor Shadow Cruiser warranties unless purchased there. He said it's because they are not paid for labor, which is actually not true. Spoke with Shadow Cruiser and manager on the same line. The fixes were easy, too. It's off-season. Apparently they will not service any trailer that they did not sell you on and their service department doesn't like work.

We needed new jacks on the front of our fifth wheel rv. Initially they said they wouldn't get to it for 3 weeks. When we told them we were leaving for a scheduled family vaca in 2 they did everything they could to help us. They were amazing! Highly recommend. Very friendly.

Went to Miller's RV in Spanish Fork today, wasn't very impressed with the customer service. The sales person that we noticed was watching TV and it seemed like he was ignoring us. I went to the office where he was watching TV and asked him for help and he acted like I was interrupting him. I asked him if they had any toy haulers and he acted like he didn't know if they had any or not and pointed where to look then went back to watching TV. I don't think I'll be going back there.

We purchased a trailer from Miller's and are completely satisfied with the service. They were great to work with. They went the extra mile to make our trailer feel as new as it could being a used trailer. It was our first trailer and they took the time we needed to show us all the ins and outs of the trailer.
