I am so thankful for Car America!! Wendy and the team were very helpful and I achieved everything I was initially promised. Sean is the man to ask for, he will treat you like family. The Car America team sold both of my parents their vehicles in which they're still driving and enjoying. Therefore, I knew exactly where to go and who to ask for. Thanks again to Wendy, Sean, and the entire Car America team!!

I had an amazing experience with Car America. When they say they are going to take care of you they keep their word. They made me feel as if I was part of their family. I would Definitely recommend and definitely will be coming back.

I just want to say that Wendy and Sean are amazing!! I was in desperate need of a vehicle, due to my car breaking down. I went to several (unnamed) locations and was approved at two, however when I spoke with Sean everything was completely different than the other dealerships. They were kind, welcoming, friendly and most of all caring. My decision was mostly based off of the fact that they really felt like a family. I got to the location (thank you Wendy) and walked out a couple hours later in my brand new vehicle. I am so happy, thankful, and grateful for everyone that works at this location. Thank you for taking me in as your new family member. Great customer service, great price, just GREAT,GREAT, GREAT!!!! :) If you are in need of a vehicle, look no further. You are at the BEST DEALERSHIP IN VIRGINIA!!!

Great people, great service, great everything!!!!
We were looking for a second vehicle. I was very hesitant about places because of our situation. I left them know upfront and they reassured me it was not going to be a problem. Our salesman Damien was great all around. Knows what he is talking about. Wendy made us a great deal with the car I wanted. Great terms and payments considering our situation. Our recommendation is that definitely stop by and let them work their magic. You will definitely be very satisfied!!!!!!

Can I just say wow, these guys really take care of you. They got us a crazy good deal on a 2016 Nissan, and even helped lower my insurance payment while we were waiting for paperwork. I'll definitely be coming back for another car. Also Wendy and I have the same taste in glasses so shout out to Wendy for that!

Sean was amazing . I came in feeling defeated before I even got started because of a past bankruptcy He was 100% sure they would be able to get me in a car but not just any car . The car I wanted. I had to come back the next day to finalize everything . That's when I met Wendy . She also put my mind at ease about getting this new vehicle. They were all so inviting , helpful and knowledgeable. They had great resources to help me with my situation. So I know they can help you ! I highly recommend Car America , Sean and Wendy. I'm now apart of the family and so excited !!

This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. My wife is very apprehensive when dealing with any kind of salesman especially car salesman. However with the Help of Wendy and Sean she felt comfortable and not forced or rushed to make such a big decision. We traded in our SUV and they gave a more then fair trade offer on our car. Sean the sales associate is very personable and you can tell he genuinely wants you to leave happy. Wendy is so knowledgeable on current interest rates and what banks are best to submit your application to. This was something that could have caused a huge amount of stress and they made it the exact opposite. I would recommend if your in the market for a car stop by Car America first and you wont be disappointed .

OMG! Absolutely APPRECIATE Car America Services! Damien took care of me from the day I first called Car America and he continued it out to the end. He made me feel so welcomed and SAFE. I was in a not so ideal situation and with the help of Wendy in the financial department I was able to go home to my family with a new SUV for my 8yr old and my newborn twins! I went from thinking I would have to rent a car to take them home to having a new car we can call OURS. I can not thank them enough ! Please if you need a car or interested in upgrading Car America is the place to go! My experience was past amazing. Customer service 100% satisfactory.

I went in looking, thinking it would be impossible for me to get a new car.salesman Josh was super nice and very confident. An hour or so later I left with a new car. I recommend this place to everyone. The whole staff was great.

From the time I called Sean, to the time I arrived on the lot, I felt reassured that he would take good care of me! He gave me hope and promised that with all the things I had on my mind, I felt a feeling that he would take care of all my car needs. He was, as well as all the staff members I encountered were courteous, professional and knowledgeable. He was able to answer all of my questions and my expectations were surpassed. Sean you promised me that you "got me" and you did.

This was the most incredible experince. The level of professionalism, courtesy is so refreshing to see this in today's world. The selection of cars were amazing low mileage, clean and newer models.
