I brought my 2017 Camry in for its inspection and had the pleasure of meeting with Michael Stith, my advisor. He helped me set up my 30k service and took the time to explain its services. It was a true pleasure working with him. My Camry and great service by people like Michael are why I know I made the right choice with Priority Toyota Richmond.
Michael Stith-Assistant Service Manager was great! Very professional and courteous. He met all of my needs during our interaction and respected my choice as a customer. Michael even went out of his way to ensure I understood everything that was going to happen with my vehicle by having a specialist show me by demonstration what was needed. I even requested a PRIORITY PINKTOBER for cancer band because I lost the one I had for several years while at work. Michael ensured that I received two just in case it happened again I could have a back up. That meant so very much to me!!!! Thanks Priority!!-Th. Byrd
Michael Stith is my advisor at the Toyota dealership in Chester, VA. I came in without an appointment when my inspection was one day overdue and Michael made sure that it was completed within two hours. I have always received great service here. I am relieved that I will be able to ride around legally without having to worry about an expired inspection sticker. I didn’t have to drop my car off or wait several days or weeks for an appointment. Toyota is the BEST!!!!
Mark Smalls is one of the best sales Consultants available in the industry. His high level of customer service and professionalism are above par. I highly recommend him to anyone who wants a genuine car buying experience with someone who cares, and will work diligently to provide you with the the best deal possible.
I visited two other Toyota dealerships prior to coming here. I walked out of the doors of both of them because they did not provide correct information. Not only did Mark provide correct information, but he went above and beyond to explain every facet of the industry. One day, I hope to see him as a general manager of his own dealership.
If you want the best experience possible, go see Mark.
Not only do we take our Toyota here, I bring my 2016 Mazda 6. Great, honest service. They quoted me the same price for oil change and rotation as a local shop. When I was paying the bill, it was 20% less than expected because they set me up with a discount program that also gives me the 5th change for free AND you can get a free car wash, too!
Convenience for me is also a plus, but I would go out of my way for these people.
Purchased my car from here, of course everyone is very helpful in the beginning because they want those cars off of the lot. I was deceived, I was given a car and rushed out to the door without being allowed to speak in detail with finance first. When I asked questions they glossed over everything. I was pressured into extras that weren't necessary. Then scare tactics were used against me to be sure the sale was successful. I was told I could get $ 1000 for my old car to make the deal work when it really was only $ 100. What I am mostly angry about is the fact that I was promised my car would be scotch guarded to help resist stains since the interior is bright. I've called, left messages, spoken to quality care and no one will return my call, not even the person who promised it would happen. I asked to have it put in writing and he assured me it wasn't necessary.
While I was there in the finance office, I witnessed two other angry customers come in for issues with their vehicles that they were being given the run around about. They were quickly ushered out of the open area where potential customers were of course. I was hoping I wouldn't have to write a review like this, but I purchased my car in July and here it is September, without a follow up on the promises that were made.
If you are a female I recommend don't go alone! Speak with finance and understand what your options are before driving off of the lot. I went alone because I didn't have anyone to go with me. I love the Toyota brand but not their business tactics.
Service department is great! I typically drop off and my car is always ready at a reasonable time. Michael is my advisor and he has been very helpful and nice. No issues or problems. This is my third Toyota vehicle and I always bring my cars back here.
They took really good care of me. Everything they told me they would do they did including time tables. They also gave me a car to use as they finished my unexpected repairs. The wait room was more than comfortable. I was very impressed. That doesn't happen often.
Bought my car with Tanner Traylor, one of the saleswomen over there and I have to say, every dealership I went to saw a young first time car buyer and they just wanted to try to get every last dime out of me with very high interest rates because they thought I didn't know any better. Tanner was VERY helpful, she answered any questions I had about the two different vehicles I was interested in and she really knows her stuff about the vehicles and the finance aspect of things. She got me the best deal possible and a very low interest rate for it being my first car purchase. 10/10 recommend buying your car from Tanner. I'll surely be back once I need another one. Amazing customer service and just an absolute sweetheart! Thanks Tanner!!
I received excellent five-star service from Mr. Cole Lewis at Priority Toyota of Richmond when I purchased my 2016 Toyota Sequoia. Cole will go out of his way to ensure that you understand all the features of the vehicle and help you get the best deal possible for your trade-in. Even if you are just looking at cars, go over and see him, he will at least show you what Toyota's latest vehicles have to offer. Thanks Cole and the Priority Team of Richmond!
Steele did a great job showing us the 4Runners we were interested in. We got great customer service from him and Juan the GM that totally made our experience worth it. Their Priorities for Life program makes it worth buying from Priority especially when your new vehicle gets free Synthetic Oil Changes every 10,000 miles. Overall great experience. 10/10 would recommend.
This was my first "Priority" experience and I can honestly say that it was a very positive one!! Such a good experience that I ended my visit with the purchase of a new 2017 SUV. Cole provided excellent customer service including a tour of the facility . that was a first for me after dealing with at least 2 other dealerships in the last 10 years. I was even impressed with the facility itself and even looking forward to my 1st service appointment. I will certainly recommend Priority and look forward to taking advantage of my Priorities for Life!
I had a great experience at Priority with Looking for my new car.
Elwood helped me out and gave me 5 star treatment. I had been to other dealerships that treated me not so kindly. I will recommend Elwood to my friends and family
On Thursday my husband Bill and I reluctantly went to Priority Toyota looking for a newer used car. We were pleasantly surprised when we were helped by a wonderful gentleman named Elwood Burrow. He was extremely knowledgeable and helped find exactly what we were looking for within our budget. I must admit I am particular and this wasn't an easy task. I give Elwood the 5 star review. This dealership is lucky to have him on staff!
