I have tried all the other airboat companies in the area. Believe me and save your money St going elsewhere. This is the ONLY company that will give you the excitement you crave. Other companies will go slow (they are forced by management to) they have no style and experience. The captains at Captain Jacks are the most experienced and go out of their way to give you a good experience. We have ridden here for the last six years and never had a bad ride. A special shout out to Captain Ken who this year gave my oldest his first airboat ride and made it one of the greatest experiences we have ever had. My son said it was the greatest ride he had ever had. I feel that all the money we spent on other tours was wasted. Please save your money and just go here.

We all had a blast with Captain Brown on the airboat! He clearly enjoyed himself as well. He even let my little guys sit in the captains seat. I didn't catch the woman's name that helped us when we arrived to take the boat tour but she was so sweet! She spent a lot of time talking about gators with us and let my boys hold baby gator Snippy more than once.

Great fun and a thrilling experience to speed through the tree tunnels. Our captain named Craig made the tour as entertaining, fun and memorable as it can be! We absolutely loved it!!!

I can’t say enough great thing about our experience with them. Everyone was so nice. The boats were so clean and looked like they were brand new!! It wa an hour tour that was so fun and beautiful. Our Captain James was the BEST!!!! He made the ride so fun for everyone. If you are looking for an airboat tour you should use this company and ask for Captain James!!

Had a blast doing the mangrove airboat ride. Doesn't last the full 1 hour, probably out for 45 minutes. Suggest they either change their signage or find other places to go to stretch it out for the full hour. Also directions to the animal sanctuary need to be redone, map makes it look like it's close, not 5 miles away. Perhaps include directions on the map.

Well a 60 minute ride is really 50 minutes but on the upside our captain was an old timer who really knew where to find gators. Get there early because it gets busy. Try to get the front of the boat.

I wish I could give this place ten stars! The airboat tour through the mangroves was awesome, high speed straights, tight turns, and some cool spin outs! Captain Kenny made our experience one to remember! Mosquito repellent is a must! Don't let that deter you though. Earlier in the week it had been raining and helped out with the sighting of 7 gators! My 6 year old loved it. Can't wait to do this again!

Awesome captains! My group went with captain Javier and our parents went with Captain Brown. I certainly had a great time while I was there even though we couldn't see any alligators because it hadn't rained in a while so the water was too salty.

Tony!! Tony!! Tony!! My two friends and I had a super experience a month and a half ago! Tony was a super guide, who had over three decades of experience on the local waters!! He gave us the history, a present status of the area, and made the tour so fun! The guy is a gem!! Thanks Captain Jack's and Tony!!

If you have ever been on a boat don't bother. It would be lots of fun for people not familiar with boating. Saw 3 raccoons and some catfish.🖓
You literally follow other airboats around. Nothing adventurous. There is probably 10-12 airboats all following the same path over and over and over every hour.
Again if you've never been on a boat might be fun.

Animal "sanctuary" was unimpressive and a waste of time. More like someones backyard where they keep some wild animals caged up out back. The signs on the cages say they are redesigning the enclosures. I think they spent more $$ on the signs than the cage.
I was not impressed at all and consider both tourist trap.
Also hate leaving bad reviews and don't normally do so.

Don't expect to see alligators, we saw 1 and apparently it was 1 month ago the last time they saw some. The tour doesn't last more than 40min even if you pay for an hour. It was fun the first minutes to do the airboat but that's it unfortunately.

My husband and I had an awesome time. Airboat ride through the mangroves was excellent. Swamp buggy ride was okay. I suggest you bring bug spray. ( Tons of mosquitoes). Definetly check out the animal sanctuary. Well worth the money. Can't wait to go back.

The best part of the tour was holding the baby alligator in your hands! What I did not like was that the captain was certain that there would be no alligators at the time I went and yet we were not informed before purchasing. I understand it is their business but for me as a visitor it was too overpriced to just go on an airboat and not see any animal other than a few racoons! My rating is for the alligator lady who was so friendly and let us pet the alligator. The next best thing I saw was the mangroves - there is a haunting beauty to it, the water so still and the mangrove branches all going into the water creating a tunnel like scene - it was captivating!
