Good food that is completely overpriced. Cramped with a very limited selection of other foodstuffs. Two people can barely get by each other in the aisles. You go there in a pinch but do not shop there for your regular grocery needs. Then at the cashier they ask you for donations to some charity. Not something I think they should be asking.

Only downside is slightly higher prices due to size and location. They always have everything I am looking for, efficient cashiers, and available parking if not within walking distance. My go-to grocery store downtown. Accepts Moocho!

Cashiers are quick and efficient. The store is small, with friendly staff. A bit overpriced, but convenient downtown location. Lottery tickets and bus passes can be purchased here.

Cap Centre is such a great grocery store. Small but stocked with most of my favorite things. Nice neighborhood atmosphere, feels cheaper than other downtown grocery stores like Fresh Market.

Has everything. Has some bulk options, and organic goods, nice little bakery inside, aisles are bit small, but it's cool Just wish I had an aisle to go through by myself once in awhile. Lol

This place is good for what it is, a down-town Market. With a limited but well thought out selection. They don't have everything, like a butcher's counter, or a bakery, but they do have everything else you could use for your home otherwise.
