I have been going to the Canyon Inn almost every year for my whole life. This is one place I can disconnect and reset. It is a very calming environment that has good food onsite and plenty of activities should I want to do anything.

I stayed overnight while attending a Professional Event with my company. I love McCormick's Creek and have had many positive experiences here. The hotel was very accommodating, in the staff was friendly. I felt like I got all the assistance that I needed. The hotel staff even put two window air conditioning units into our conference room when they had issues with the air conditioning to make sure we were comfortable.

Just outside Spencer, IN. Private outdoor pool for guests. Variety of trails for hiking. Horse barn for riding. Easy access to very scenic waterfalls. Great restaurant. Basketball, Volleyball, enclosed shuffleboard/handball courts. Group campfire ring with benches. And much more!

It was a very pleasant evening at the Inn. Good food in the dining room and extremely low priced,great service! Front desk was helpful and friendly. We enjoyed the clean pool. Flower gardens are beautiful. The beds are comfortable and room clean and smelled good, so quiet all night too. It was nice for our anniversary !

It's a nice and close little getaway to just unwind and relax! However, the room was small . I was so looking forward to taking a long nice hot bath. There was only a teeny tiny stand up shower! Beware!! No bars to hang onto in the shower. I would hate to think of an elderly person slipping and falling. Got up the next morning to take a shower and the water was cold. Had to listen to the room next door playing some sort of an instrument past quiet hours!! The TV in the room was small. Only basic channels.😭 The manager however was AMAZING!!

The rooms are not the most updated in the world, BUTtrails are awesome atmosphere is awesome, dining room is awesome and it is such a pretty piece of history.

Restaurant service is extremely slow. Nice place for a disconnected getaway weekend. They do have free wifi, but it too is slow. Rooms are nice, many beds are small, but I've heard all beds will be replaced and upgraded to queen size. Bathrooms are also small in many rooms, but recently updated.

Great for parties, reunions, or vacationing. Has a large common area that's great for board games or cards. The trails are nice, good for beginners and kids. Only downside is the waitresses in the dinning area are young and inexperienced. Over all I had a great timex, I'm definitely going to return in the future!!
