Wonderful staff, very relaxing.
The next morning our power bar was back at 100 percent

This is a fairly new hotel in Terre Haute. The guest services personnel were helpful and friendly, housekeeping were flexible, and the entire facility was clean and comfortable. I loved the fireplace sitting area in the dining room. Nice place to sit and relax.

These people love their fax machine. Other than that the room was great. Front desk staff was helpful - or at least as helpful as hotel regulations would allow them to be. Located conveniently in Terra Haute. Bookshop and Panda Express nearby, with a mall and a handful of other things nearby.

The front desk attendant was very attentive, friendly and remembered my amenity points. The lobby and breakfast areas were clean and well-appointed. My room was bigger than ordinary and had a kitchenette. I forgot my toothbrush and toothpaste, so I was able to get those at the front desk at no charge. The bed left a little bit to be desired, but was comfortable enough to sleep in. The room was clean and smelled clean as well. Overall it was a really good night stay.

Really was clean and modern hotel, while the staff was friendly and super helpful. Amenities were nice. The Free Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. Pet friendly, and the staff even was so helpful to watch over my dog for a little bit while I had to run out. 5 stars for sure. Places like this reminded me of what a great hotel experienced should be like. Even compared to when staying at a more re-known or downtown-like hotel. Just a great experience, and I'd highly recommend.

Very clean building, very friendly staff. Hot and tasty complimentary breakfast. Comfortable room, easy check out. All around very pleased with our stay. Would stay again if we travel thru this way again.

This is by far the nicest Holiday Inn and for that matter any other road trip hotel we have ever stayed in. It is beautifully decorated and outfitted much nicer than average. Our room was very neat and clean and also peaceful and quiet. The front desk was very helpful with reservation snafu and we were very grateful for their help in straightening it out. We will definitely stay there again

This is probably the nicest Holiday Inn Express that I have stayed it. It is newly built with clean rooms in a nice quiet area off of I-70. The breakfast was good and our room even had a kitchenette with a sink and a full sized refrigerator. I will definitely book again when returning to Terre Haute for a visit.

This was the best and most clean hotel that we stayed in the whole week. Staff was helpful and the breakfast was great. The pool was a touch small but my kids and I were just happy they had a pool! If we were to be in this area again, we would stay here.

This looks like a new property. Extremely clean and modern. The staff was very accommodating. A little road construction in the area but really no big deal. Lots of eateries and gas stations close. Easy on and off from I-70.

Spencer was awesome at the desk! Called and he was professional and very helpful in getting us taken care of. Then when we got there he checked us in quickly and answered all our questions! Facility was great and breakfast was good.

I would have easily rated this with 5 stars as most of our stay was wonderful. Our room was big and clean, and the staff that work there were extremely friendly. However our shower had no hot water. We called the desk 3 times and even asked if we could shower in another room since we had a funeral to attend, but we got no where. Since we had no choice but to shower in the cold water it just added to the stress that we were already feeling. :(
