You’re talking about spending close to half a million on these homes and they built the houses so close together that the roads are barely big enough for one vehicle to get through, especially if people are parked on the side of the street. How does that make sense for when the buses come through. They have crosswalks blocked off causing kids to walk into the roads, vehicles parked where kids have to walk in the road and many incidents where they’ve almost been hit because of this! Then the management there is seriously lacking professionalism. You hear them cussing people out and not caring when people call in to report it. We’ve lived in a neighboring area for 6 months and reported many incidents and nothing changes. The main focus is the safety for the children walking to and from school, but they just do not care.

Cantergrove Community is lovely!! It's situated on Long Lake which is great for canoeing, swimming, and fishing. The park attracts lots of little kids and keeps them busy. It seems to be a fairly young community, most of which are families with children. The people are friendly, the homes are spacious, and the lake is lovely! My daughter and her family have bought a home there, and I'm very happy for them!

This place is a nice community ,but they don’t allow kids go in to the house. Also they require to do anything they want and if you don’t want to do it they will charge you for more than $50 definitely. For people who like communities criterias they would welcome you. Lacey is a nice place to live. This community is nice ,but for those who like communities of different types.

I live across from this new housing development, looks really nice. Building more behind the house I'm living in. Only reason I'm not giving it a 5 star is the vehicles speed down Union Mill's Rd. S.E. and there is no sidewalks, it's dangerous!!
