Good hotel overall. Friendly staff, good price, nice rooms. The showers weren't as nice as the room and the water would shift between hot and cold often. Other than that I liked this hotel.

We stayed for 3 nights. Our room was dirty, hair in tub, toys left under the furniture, blood stains on pillow covers on the couch. Common areas were never cleaned. Kitchenette was useful but we had no supplies to clean up after ourselves. The A.C. was loud and the bedroom never cooled off. There was one packet of coffee in the roomdecaf. Very disappointing. We will not be back.

Very comfortable rooms with full kitchen. Price was great for the overall quality of stay. Downtown Madison is only about a 10 minute car or taxi ride.

It was an awesome room. Didn't like the fact that they wouldn't even attempt to check is in before 3pm. Have a place to borrow board games etc. That was pretty nice as well.

Great staff, super clean, great location in town. Not too far from downtown for all event venues and restaurants, but far enough that traffic is not an issue or too busy in the area

Big suites, quiet floor (3rd), clean. No daily housekeeping since it's an extended stay (not an issue for 3 night stay), no breakfast (Epic feeds us, so again, no issue there). Courteous staff, lovely area with several close by restaurants.

Good location, clean rooms, plenty of space, lots of extra amentities such as a DVD player, stove, full fridge, silverware, books, ironing, laundry, etc. Would love to stay there on an extended trip. Only thing missing is free breakfast.
