  Nice room, clean, staff informative and very close to Riley hospital ! Everything went well except for last day! Elevators were shut down one for maintenance and the other to move furniture!! When you're on the 9th floor with two kids one handicapped pretty hard to take 9 floors in stairway!!! No warning to any guest !!Also alot of smokers do not use pavilion in back to inaccessible, in back dark and a creepy area to go thru to get there! You will walk thru a maze of smoke to enter hotel at night especially!

  Amazing hotel! Rooms have full kitchen with dishwasher with all the utensils plates forks toaster stove anything that you would need for a long stay or just a three day getaway. And all for the same price that you can get a regular double bed room for. It has a nice pool and nice gym very clean. The location almost couldn't get better its 10 minutes away from the Children's Museum and 7 minutes away from the zoo you're pretty much right downtown. Definitely will be staying again.

  Been to Indianapolis many of times, stayed different places but no more! This place was very nice and fit our family! Very friendly service. Very please and will be recommend❤

  I stayed here three weeks while my husband was at IU Simon Cancer Center. I could not of ask for better service, interest and concern. We are back for a follow up now. We were remembered and again taken care of with great care. We will stay here anytime we have to come back.

  This place is very nice and reasonable price. Very clean and great staff that goes above and beyond. Shuttle service is great to get to downtown and back.

  Stay here after your transplant. It's like having an apartment. The shuttle will take you to the hospital or anywhere downtown. The staff is excellent and the rooms are very spacious and clean. Awesome job to everyone at this Candlewood Suites.

  I have bugs in my room ..lots of them . No offer to move rooms .. but they did offer to come spray the room while we were in it . I declined since my son has cancer The police have been out twice in the 3 days I was here. Would not recommend to anyone

  The elevators scared me, and their convenience center was wayyy overpriced, but the service was great and the rooms were wonderful. Like having our own little apartment but with a maid! Very comfortable and clean; we will continue to use this hotel.

  Excellent room and friendly front desk, 24/7 access to snacks and all that! Good stuff, i used to work got Marriot and they got nothing on this place
