  I am no artist but it seems like they have everything; for different media and skill levels. They even have a lot of material specifically geared toward kids. The staff is helpful, encouraging, and quick to share their various art knowledge.

  Love the 10x10 graph paper. Love the pen selection. Request: Keep a rotating stock of random pens from Japan coming in.

  It's a little expensive but they have way more fine art supplies then Michels. They have all different kinds of papers it's a pretty great place.

  I didn't know about Dakota Art Store before many of my friends started working there, and in fact hadn't ever noticed the location until the converted Dakota Gallery drew me in. Dakota definitely has the highest quality art supplies in town, and is a great destination for any artist to get supplies.
