Outstanding experience. Shannon our salesman went out of his way to be sure we had everything we needed. Sean in service answered every question and fixed everything we requested. . Klint, the service team, and the remainder of the staff were very friendly and very helpful. We highly recommend.

I drove 2 hours out of my way only to be told the part they said was in stock wasn’t there. Another parts person rude to me. Service department has obvious apathy and zero drive to help customers. There were a couple of employees that were super helpful. Having experience working in public relations and business consulting I would most definitely point to management as being the problem. With as many employees here so unhappy and the fact that I left so disappointed seems to me there is a “cancer” at this establishment. I can only hope it is found, and removed.

Very disappointed in this Camping World. Travel through Albuquerque every November and have always had good service till this year. Have an issue with hydraulic pump. Went to make a time for service. We live in our RV and told the service guy that. First thing he wanted to know was did we have an extended warranty. We said yes and he lost interest in helping us. Told us it would be 8 days before they could even look at it. He was young, rude and needed his butt kicked. Went back to trailer and called a Mobile RV Service. They will be out tomorrow’,

Awesome Service team! Anita was great to work with - communication was excellent. We had to have our tow package reinstalled due to a poor job from a different location. Thanks Sean & Gregg!

Nice little store, lots of fun stuff and well stocked. The staff was friendly enough, but didn't go out of their way to talk to us. Otherwise we would've given 5 stars.

High prices for the same thing you can purchase at Wal-Mart. And I'm a Republican so I would never spend my money in the store but did find my self in a situation that I needed to go in people that worked there had NO clue what "potable" water was they looked at me like I was crazy. We are in a big camping area and couldn't tell us where to get water. You would think they would offer water in an area like that.

The WORST camping world we've ever been to BY FAR!! Might be the last time we ever shop at one. The customer service was absolutely non-existent, the store layout poorly designed, and the inventory thoroughly disappointing. They were out of stock of the item we needed on the floor so we asked a dismissive and disengaged associate to check for possible back stock and after a 15+ minute wait she returned to say that they were out, but probably had some in stock "but they're probably in totes" and are therefore not available for us to purchase. Extraordinarily disappointing experience, and I highly recommend spending your money elsewhere. If you absolutely must go to a camping world, drive to El Paso or Tucson for tolerable inventory and customer service.

Saw a power inverter on the Camping World website, 299.99$60 off. Called to confirm they had it in stock. Drove 10 miles out to the store. Really nice place, good stock of parts, accessories. Got to the checkout counter to paythat's $360 please. Pardon? It is advertised on your website for 299.99.
"That's the online price only sirnot in the store."
"Would you like to buy a membership? I could give you a discount then$27 for annual membership."
I pointed out that on the website there was no requirement for either online only purchase or membership to get the $299 price.
"If you buy the annual membership, we can give you the discount."
SoI'd never been to Camping Worlddon't have an RVwas my first experience there. Really wish they would place the tricky details in their ads and in signage at the store. Felt a bit bait-and-switched.

We had a GREAT shopping experience at Camping World. We are new to owning a camper so our sales rep. Mr John Brooks was very patient with us. He went above and beyond for us. We are now proud owners of a band new Coleman. We look forward to making some great memories with the family.
    Thank you John Brooks..

Do not give your business to this place. They have the worst customer service and care less about their customers. We went on a Saturday to encounter an arrogant and pushy salesman Dakota who left us for 20 minutes waiting for him before we walked out. Gave them a second chance since they were the only dealership to carry Coleman trailers. Had an appt set with one individual who had an emergency which is understandable, however got handed off from a Tom to a Chuck that was more confused about what was going on than us. We still gave them a chance and found a trailer in which we were told financing will take place next day since it was well past closing. (I do commend them for staying late however you are in sales it happens)After explaining our first experience to Chuck in which he excuses with "well Saturdays are really busy". Two days later! We have to contact Chuck to be told he submitted it and that the previous day they just didn't get to it. At this point i contact Clint in management to still give yet another chance and leave two messages with no call back! This place is a joke and they could care less about their customer service and I vow to make sure to tell everyone in the market for services they provide to go elsewhere.

    We had a great experience!

We were in Albuquerque and had electrical problems with our motor coach. The 12V outlets on the dash quit working. I was sure it was a fuse, but I could not find the fuse panel so I had to take the coach to Camping World in Albuquerque, NM to get it fixed.

We did not have an appointment and was told to have the coach there at 8:00 in the morning. I got there, got signed in and was told by Josh Meadors they would try to work us in. To my surprise they did work us in. We left Camping World early afternoon with the problem solved and were able to continue traveling. I was very pleased with everything about our visit there.

Randy met with us on more than one occasion to look at different types of RV's. When we finally went to buy one, he was very helpful and did not pressure us. Overall, so far - we are quite happy with the service we got at this store. Thanks Randy! Oh - btw: We ate some of your spaghetti when you stepped out of the office.(just kidding)

We had trouble with the power in our RV, so we stopped by Camping World while on our vacation. We found out almost $500 later that it was a few fuses and our battery. We paid the bill and went out to wait for them to bring it to us. After waiting 45 min., we went inside to find out what's the hold up. They told us that the battery had not been added to the bill, only the labor. So, we paid more money and went back out to wait on it. After waiting over an additional HOUR and asking numerous times for our trailer, it was finally brought around to us. The guy basically dropped it and raced off as fast as he could. NO ONE came to apologize or explain what happened. Horrible!!
