I bought 2 pairs of shoes from this store, I felt they were too tight but the sales woman and man insisted they would stretch and that’s just what you have to go through for them to “eventually fit”. I wore shoes at home only to “stretch” them. Both pairs gave my foot blisters. I went back a week later for bigger sizes but, was treated rudely and felt they did not want to help me find the right fit. Having to deal with snobby and unfriendly staff turned me off which ended with me asking for a refund for BOTH pair of shoes. Sadly, both employees were managers. I suggest finding better help. I will never shop at his store again.

The Store has many nice shoes. "Fitter" is a lie.I can go to any of the many shoe stores in Coronado to have my foot crammed into a shoe that does not really fit. When I asked about wide widths. I was told that they didn't carry them because it was not economically sound. That no one would buy them, and the store would be stuck with wide shoes they couldn't sell.

Today, July 23rd, 2015 at 5 30pm I was racially profiled in this store. I am a 48 yr old Black man and attempted to buy some Timberland boots. I had pointed out that the (suede) boots were discolored and had an excess amount of glue at the sole. The lady ( who declined to offer her name) stated that she could fix both problems! I left for a bit and returned requesting to buy the boots if she can fix the problems. She took the boots to the back, brought them back s few minutes later, and said they were perfect! I expressed to her that they were shiny and coated with oil of which is is never to be done to ( Suede)!!!!!! She didn't fix anything.!!!!!!!! She oiled up the boots to cover up the problems instead!!!! I told her there ruined now and I'm no longer interested! Her response was "YOU PEOPLE. LIKE EVERYTHING GREASY AND OILLY! IF YOU DONT BUYTHEM, I WILL SELL THEM TO ANOTHER DUMB BLACK MAN!! I asked for a manager and she said he just leftToo Bad for you haha!! Please don't support this store!!! This place needs to be shut down!!

Had to exchange a pair of boots that I had bought two days prior. The staff was so helpful and polite. They helped me find just the right pair.
I had to have a great laugh at the review below. Imagine what kind of person would return an item a month later and expect any different kind of response. People have really gotten out of hand with these negative reviews. Too bad we can't review the reviewers.

The sales person (a male) was rude. He didn't like the fact that I had used the purse (for one month) I was trying to return. He was also very patronizing which I detest in store personnel. I had my receipt and there was nothing wrong with the purse. He offered store credit which I refused.
