CalPortland arrived in my neighborhood at 6:30 AM this morning, no regard for the CCR rules that state no service crew allowed before 8 AM. They promptly went to work with their trucks making all kinds of noise, waking the entire neighborhood. When I confronted them, they just blew me off, ignored me! Then I called the company to complain. . . got put on hold FOREVER!! You call this Customer Service? Not the way to run a company! if that's the way they run their business, I would hate to have to deal with them on any kind of service issue. BEWARE!!!
