The staff at this location is extremely friendly. I was surprised at how little time things took and how quick and efficient they were. This is a location that you can drop off your equipment and also pick up new or replacement equipment. Beware the optimum office is not clearly visible from Route 9 and there's a good chance you could miss the driveway that takes you into the complex where this office is located. This location comes up right after the Mercedes showroom and Service Center.
