We stayed in the Big Bear Plunge Cabin, Pigeon Forge, TN, and had a great time. I've left a separate review for the cabin on it's google page. This review is for Cabins-for-You and how they functioned as the realty management company.
We were emailed the codes for access prior to arriving and check-in was easy via phone. Only hiccup that we had was that the pool room was locked and the emailed check in info said that there wasn't a code for the pool room. I called the management office and they gave me the code and was able to access it just fine. Everything was clean and well maintained. There was the normal wear and tear that you find in any rental, but overall the cabin was in great shape. My wife and I stay in condos/rentals several time a year, so I've seen a few in my day.
We generated more trash than the bear cage would hold after three days and after I called Cabins-for-You, they sent someone out the same day to empty it.
Check out was easy and we had no problems for them to address other than the trash pick-up, so I'm giving them five stars. I'll use them again if I go back to that area.

This is second year at the same cabin. We've used Cabins For You several years and never had an issue. They are responsive when contacted. We always get the information for check-in as promised a few days prior to the date. Love the check-in and check-out using the cabin telephone rather than having to go to an office location. Will continue to use them.

First of all, I'm reviewing on here because I can't find a way to review on their website specific to the cabin we stayed in because I hope that not every cabin is in the same condition as the cabin we stayed in. So many issues. Main thing being the heat. It's the middle of December and the heater is having issues. Like not working at all. At night. When we arrived the downstairs bunk room was freezing and there was a space heater so my brother-in-law plugged it in and the outlet was so loose that it fell out and sparked. The whole house was full of cobwebs and just over all felt dirty. The frig was not keeping the food cold and the oven did not shut all the way. They said parking spots for 4 vehicles, we could barely fit two. Oh and the leaks.leaks from the loft to the main floor and from the main floor to the second floor. So ridiculous. The reason I gave it 2 stars was because the location was ideal to downtown Gatlinburg which was nice. The big dining table was nice and held all of us, the Christmas decorations were a nice touch, and the newly remodeled bathroom was nice. But I can say without hesitation that I will not book here again.

This was my second time using Cabins For You. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to stay in Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge. They are very quick to respond when called or emailed. They are always very helpful and polite. I will definitely use them again in the near future.

This was the first time I ever rented a cabin in gburg and we loved it. Reserving the cabin was very simple and hassle free to do online. If you have any questions, the staff are very quick to response and help. The directions to the cabin were easy to follow. When we arrived at the cabin, we were both amazed at how clean the outside and inside of the cabin was. The kitchen, and bathroom were fully stocked with all the basic needs. Check in and check out was very trouble free using my phone and filling out a short form. We stayed in the natures splendor and it was the right size and price for my boyfriend and I. We will definitely use cabin for us again in the future and I will recommend them to friends and family!

This is our second time using this company for our weekend getaway. The cabin we chose was even better than we expected. It was very clean and had many things to do. We loved how it had the theatre, game room and hot tub. There were things to keep everyone occupied. We all had a great trip and will defiantly be using Cabins For You again as well as referring family and friends.

We stayed at Mountain Romance and loved it. It is well maintained and adorable. There are lots of details that are romantic. It's perfect for a couple. The road is 1 laned and narrow but not bad. I would suggest a rack for hanging clothes as there is no closet. Loved our stay.

BEDBUGS BEDBUGS!!! It's been a month since me and my husband stayed at one of their cabins. We live 8 hours away from TN. I am not a very picky person. I just wanted to enjoy my once a year vacation with my husband. And then came our second night. Me and my husband had bites behind our back but never really minded thinking it was just mosquito bites. The next day after we came back home, we noticed that we had more bites in the arms and legs. And then realized it was bed bug bites. I was so embarrassed going back to work. People looking at me like a bring bed bugs with me. We couldn't sleep because of the itch and the worry of bringing a bed bug at home. We contacted the company about it and said they will get back to us after they checked the cabin. We stayed patient and understanding waiting for them to reply or give us a message about this matter but It's been a month and they never contacted us back!!They didn't take this matter seriously. I would never recommend this company to anyone. They take their customers for granted. Only want your money. We paid extra $90 for like a crappy dinner, put filthy plates and cups that we're supposed to eat in with the dinner they gave us. the hot tub smells so bad. There's bugs everywhere, dead or alive. The bites are still in my body til this day and i will never ever go back here ever.

We are right in the middle of our stay. We have used other cabin rental companies and they were "ok".so we tried "Cabin's for You". Best decision ever. We no longer need to look for a company to use in the years to come. VERY clean and plenty to do when you catch a stormy day! Thank you for making our stay awesome!

Absolutely loved the whole experience with Cabins for You. From checking in to the cleanliness of the cabin. Every interaction was prompt and friendly. The location was perfect. Just out of town to feel secluded enough without driving an hour to get anywhere. I would highly recommend them, and intend to stay with again in the near future! I have recommended them to family and co-workers, they are just an all around brilliant company with phenomenal cabins! There are so many to choose from, but there is no risk of disappointment when choosing Cabins for You!

I was searching online for a good reputable company in the summer of 2016 to rent a cabin from for my family and myself while we visited TN. I stumbled across Cabins for You and after reading so many positive reviews, decided to give it a try. I am so glad that I did. The whole process was so simple from booking to getting there and even during our stay. The cabin was amazing. I stayed at Brink of Heaven. The view was indescribable and the place was nice and clean. I love that it was up the mountain away from everything else but yet so close for when we went into Pigeon Forge and also to do some shopping in Gatlinburg, the drive was not far at all. I would highly recommend using Cabins for You for your next family stay or get together. I can't wait to come back and visit next year! Thank you for making this a wonderful stay :)

My family and I just ended our stay at the Runaway Cabin. Unfortunately, our experience fell extremely short of the expectations we had for our family vacation, due mostly in part to the very poor customer service we received during the week when we encountered issues with the cabin.

First, upon arrival we found a large storage unit taking up a third of the driveway. Since we had three vehicles (which should be expected at a cabin that sleeps a minimum of 10 people), this created a huge inconvenience for parking. I called immediately and let a customer service representative know about the situation, and was assured that it would be taken care of. The storage unit was still sitting in the driveway when we checked out 5 days later.

Second, the morning after we checked in we discovered that the hot water heater was broken. Again, I immediately called and informed a representative of the problem. It took multiple phone calls on my part and 4 hours before a maintenance worker arrived. I understand that things sometimes break and that can't always be prevented, but I was very disappointed with the response time from Cabins for You. My family spent a half day of our vacation sitting around waiting for the hot water heater to be repaired.

Finally, when it started raining on Monday, we found multiple roof leaks in the cabin. We had to use pots from the kitchen to catch the dripping water when it rained throughout the week.

There were some positive things about our stay at Runaway. The kitchen was well stocked, and at no point during our stay did we feel that we didn't have any of the basic necessities that we would want during a week long stay. However, the response we received from Cabins for You to what I believe were extremely valid complaints was both unapologetic and delayed. My family and I visit the Pigeon Forge area yearly, and we will never stay with Cabins for You in the future.

Customer service is wonderful! Communication from the time we found the website and asked questions to the time we checked out of our cabin was wonderful. We had a small issue with our key pad and had to call pretty late at night (after hours) and our call was returned within minutes. The cabin was kept up and very clean! Our next trip will definitely be booked through Cabins For You! Thank you for providing exceptional service, it made a birthday weekend get away even better!
