I got fingerprints here in November for a massage license. They were rejected by the board for being too blurry. I knew they were not going to be good prints when I got them as the guy just had me do myself and I didn’t know what I was doing. He said “don’t worry they are good”. Now I have wasted 4 months and have to redo it. I asked for a refund and they said that too much time had passed. It shouldn’t matter how many months have passed when the work wasn’t done right to start with. I have wasted so much time in processing times. I emailed them twice and called 3 times just to be ghosted. I even sent them proof of why they were rejected. I do not recommend this business

Called to ask for a price and was told $70. When booking the appointment I was then told it will be $90 on the website. I do not appreciate you listing appointment times for 8 in the morning when you don’t open until 9. I was up early and lost time at work to make this appointment, and now I’m going to have to reschedule and lose more hours.

Showed up for my appointment to a non-existent Suite # in the building. Walked through 2 floors of offices to find the place and it didn't exist so I called the company a few times and no one answered. The building is run down and full of drug recovery and counseling offices so not the safest place to be wandering around looking for a business. If you like driving somewhere so people can waste your time then this is the place to go.

My advice is to you is STAY FAR AWAY. This place is a joke. The guy helping people is rude and condescending with a I’m better than you attitude. There are so many other options that will treat you with respect. And the guy will not wear a mask and they should be shutdown

If I had an option to leave zero stars I would but unfortunately there is no option for that. The person doing the fingerprinting REFUSED to wear a mask and threw me out when I asked him kindly to do so. If you value your safety DO NOT get your fingerprints done here.
