We were hungry and a little search for food showed this restaurant as the #1 place for food in downtown Miami. And it truly lived up to it. With a fair bit of help from one of the servers there to figure out vegetarian options and some more help from a fellow customer there who suggested some Peruvian dishes, we finally ordered what eventually turned out to be just fantastic. It was a flattened noodles dish with basil and spinach sauce and boy that woke my taste buds alright! We ordered an appetizer and a dessert (a tropical fruit infused cheesecake) and they turned out be excellent as well. Not for nothing this restaurant is rated #1 everywhere. This is a must visit if you love experimenting and you will be glad you visited this place.

Good food! I enjoyed the fish ceviché the most! I ordered the red snapper special, including squid, shrimp, scallops, and potato. The plate sizes are pretty big so either come hungry or be prepared to share. A few dislikes .The menu was HUGE and small font so I was turned off from reading it. The Women’s restroom also had 2/3 stalls that were not flushing so there was a bit of a wait. Overall, I enjoyed my experience and would love to return.

All I can say is WOW. This place was delicious! I was impressed with their ceviche and sushi. Wow.It has been a month since my trip to CVI.CHE 105 and I still talk about the food like it was yesterday. Not to mention the service was great, even though it was a SUPER busy Saturday night the waitress answered all my questions and explained each dish in detail. She was friendly and knew her stuff. I highly recommend this restaurant. Perfect date night location.

This restaurant is really good with a very good and diverse menu. The food was great. The atmosphere very nice. Usually it is busy.

Tables are arranged inside and outside.

Prices are reasonable considering the food quality and service.

Definitely recommended.

Hands down this is the best food and service we have had anywhere in the world! Our server Rolando helped navigate the options on the menu that all sounded way too good than to just try one. He was patient, knowledgeable, thoughtful, and helped make this an amazing experience. If you do one thing in Miami, or in life it needs to be to eat at this restaurant at one of Rolando's tables.

This is my favorite restaurant. It is the highlight of coming to Miami. The food service drinks all exceptional. Service is top notch decor is sexy. This is a must try.

Great place! Valet parking was $15, cheaper or the same rate for parking in the area. Rolando V. did a great job in making us feel comfortable since it was our first time at the restaurant. The man knew every ingredient in each plate that I asked him about, I thought he was a chef for a moment. Great job guys! Lomo Tacu was my plate of the day. Service was key here, keep it up!

from the menu: "pieces of veil heart madly in love" the food was very good. I liked the traditional ceviche a lot. the location is a little sketchy. dunno if I would park my car here, which is why they provide valet I guess.

This place introduced me to Peruvian food, and I love it. Every dish is full of flavor and are of generous amounts. The drinks are awesome, as well as the service. Would be 5stars, but the restaurant is always waaaaayyyy too loud in the evenings. I can barely hear the other person sitting in front of me kind of loud. Either way, I'll be back.

Visited on friends recommendation and the place is just fine. Service is sonic. Food is very good as well. The place is really busy but well managed. The atmosphere is not that awesome.

The food was excellent and although they were busy the service was great and we were seated very quickly. The owner was on premises (and apparently always is) actively helping the hostesses, greeting tables and checking on guests. For a big, busy restaurant, Cvi.Che 105 maintains an upbeat, friendly and personal atmosphere with terrific food. I had a great experience.

AMAZING service. Miguel A. Was our server and I just cannot believe how amazing our time here was. He made us feel very welcomed and was quick on his feet. The staff here shows care in your experience. I will come back every time I visit Miami. Amazing food totally worth every penny

Took my mom for Mother's Day lunch, it was our first time and we absolutely loved it! The food was incredible as well as the service. I'm not too much of a sea food person but this place was fantastic. The ceviche was really good. We'll definitely be back for more!
