I went with my mom to look for a car for her and I was very impressed with the great customer service we received. Jessica was especially great help. She was very nice and went above and beyond to help my mom get a great sale and made her feel very comfortable. My mom ended up purchasing the car and she was very happy with the service as well as the courtesy wash. I would definitely recommend this dealer to everyone.

My experience buying my very first car was absolutely AMAZING!!! Jose Cancino was great and very patient with all of my million and one questions (not to mention my indecisiveness) and he never rushed or pressured me into a sale, like many other car salesmen. Jose was extremely polite and respectful, and had our best interest in mind throughout the entire sale. The financial specialist was also very nice, and the manager was very cooperative, and willing to assist during the end of the sale. Overall, pleasant experience, and I am totally in LOVE with my car! Definitely recommend this Toyota of South Florida!!!!!!!

Just purchased a 2018 Camry from them and it was the smoothest car transaction I’ve ever been through. My sales guy Orlando Martinez was great. He was straight forward, efficient, and very helpful in all aspects. This is the only Toyota dealership in South Florida that doesn’t feel like the typical car dealer. I also want to thank Bernie and Jonathan Suarez for being very helpful as well - they always take care of my family.

Picking out a lease at this dealership was honestly enjoyable! The staff was helpful and the whole process was surprisingly fast. The sales associate sat in my new car with me and showed me how all the features work and talked me through things to look out for when driving. I will definitely be back for my next car.

Very good experience. As soon as you walk in the door you are greeted with fantastic customer service. While we waited for approval from the finance company we were treated to pastelitos and some water to help pass the time. The VIP department stood out the most in my opinion because they really tried their best for me to get the best possible deal. They really went above and beyond to ensure the sale experience was flawless from start to finish. Definitely the place to come to when looking for a new vehicle. A special thanks to Manuel and Oscar for the spectacular customer service.

I went in for a regular maintenance appointment and met Israel Perez. This sales man is not only well versed and experienced but also kind, service oriented and extremely friendly. I felt like I was dealing with a family member and his patience was highly appreciated too!! The sales car experience can be highly frustrating and deceitful too! Israel was 100% honest and has integrity, two very hard qualities to find nowadays in car sales! He showed me the different options among the trucks and this was very helpful in my decision to buy my new Toyota truck! Thank you Israel!

We were window shopping & Norberto was extremely helpful. He showed us a great vehicle that meet all our needs. We went on a test drive & viewed the engine. Once we expressed we didn't plan on purchasing today he took our information down & offered to be in contact with us to let us know if something else came in. We had a decent experience with Orlando and the team at the Toyota dealership. They had the used car we were targeting and it was pretty much as stated. The only issue we had was there was some cosmetic damage on the rear bumper we were not made aware of even after asking for details before traveling to the store. We were traveling from 2 hours away hoping for the best. They did make a minor price adjustment based on that issue. Overall we are pleased with our purchase. I'm not sure there would have been anyway to make the purchase process quicker but it would be great if there is a way to improve it. I leave 3 stars because the service was good but I am sure they could still do better.

This was the four or fifth time we sign a lease contract but the service I received this time was outstanding. Paulo Hernandez (sales agent) went far and beyond our expectations to demonstrate the new features in the new models. What I appreciate the most was his gesture to make two visits to our office to fill forms and documentation as we were unusually busy with meetings. The closing was smooth and picking up the vehicle was real fun.

From beginning to end the gentlemen that assisted me in purchasing my vehicle had an excellent attitude, very efficient, and friendly. Javier, my salesman made me feel at ease and wasn't pushy at all. He was excellent in answering all of my questions and being patient with my two children. My loan officer Leo was just as great in making me feel comfortable. He broke all of the information down in terms that I could understand. Overall my experience was amazing! My mom was with me and she's even wanting to go back to purchase her vehicle! Thank you so much Toyota of South Florida Doral!

Amazing, friendly and not pushy service. They walked me through the entire process step by step (i have never bought a car before so they were very helpful).

My sales man was Damian and he was very funny and gave me an amazing deal in my new car. I love my Toyota and i would recommend any one wanting to buy a car to go to this dealer, they don't bully you and they give you your space if you're not ready to make a decision which i loved. The process once i decided on the car i wanted was supper fast, they worked with me to make sure i wasn't getting in over my head with payments and shortly after i drove off with my new car. Thank you Damian and your staff for making this process so easy and enjoyable!
