My wife and I needed a car. We found one online we liked and headed over to Adrian C. R. motors. Once there, we met Sales Associate James “Wild Bill” Hickock. We test drove the car we wanted. There was no high pressure to buy the car. No attempt to up sell. James and C. R. Motors were nothing short of professionals. In all my years of purchasing cars and trucks, I have never seen such integrity.
So when you’re in the market to buy a car or truck, whether for yourself or your son or daughter, you can be confident you will get a great deal.

So I visited the dealership skeptical as always to help my parents buy a car. I've owned 6 vehicles, so I know the loops the traditional dealers in smaller areas try to run on their customers - not a single one was attempted during this visit. We asked to see a few items that most people wouldn't think to ask for and James hopped right up and retrieved the paperwork we wanted to review. You gotta go see James "Wild Bill" Hickok. First and foremost, he is the balance between professionalism and fun that makes a car purchase fun, engaging, and informative. These guys are the no bull ships type, so you can just be real with them and tell them what you need them to do; if they can, they will!
Go shake Wild Bill's hand if you just need to meet a trustworthy salesperson who will talk real people to real people.response / report this review -

See Tyler Tansel. He listens to what you want and gets you into the right vehicle, recommended by dozens of Chrysler employees and more. We drive 45 minutes for Tyler every few years. Worth it.

Took my Ford Focus to them to have a battery issue checked out. They found the problem within 30 minutes and fixed it (cable was loose) all for free! Great customer service!

Got my car fixed here and needed an entire rear axle replaced. They charged me $3000.00 to replace the entire rear axle. I think they did a good job but when I looked up the parts online, they charged me as much as they could. Whatever, at least my car works. However, I started having some trouble with my brakes later and brought it back to them They wanted $600.00 to fix my brakes when I was pretty sure all that needed to be replaced was a brake line. I brought it to another mechanic in Hudson and they fixed both my rear brakes for $180.00 and the car is running great two weeks later. So I think these guys will fix your car but they'll give you as big of a bill as possible.

Bought a used truck with almost 80 miles on it over the internet. The salesman, James "Wild Bill" Hickok DROVE all the way to Ann Arbor to pick up my son and I from the train station. On FATHER'S DAY. James is a great guy. Went way out of his way, obviously. Then: Got the home to Chicago area and the power steering quit. The power steering lines were shot. Called them up expecting to be ignored. No. They ACTUALLY picked up the $550 cost of repairing the problem. At a local Chicago dealer. On a used truck with 80K miles. I actually want to move to Adrian, MI so I can take these guys fishing. Extraordinary. Like Nordstrom's- level service. Or FedEx. Really honest folks. You should drive from anywhere in a 5-hour range to buy from these guys.

Jake did an amazing an job! My wife and i just purchased a certified 2012 RAM 1500. We were very impressed with how Jake took control of the sale and recognized what we needed in order to come to a mutually beneficial deal. We left the dealership feeling fulfilled rather than the traditional "buyers remorse" or uncertainty of whether or not we had just been taken. Jake made sure to truly go the extra mile with us! Tyler is not just a good sales person he listens to what you are needing and tries to get the best price possible. When we wrecked our business vehicle we were only down for a few days while Tyler located another one for us.

CR Chrysler of adrian had been a breath of fresh air! My salesman Jake was extremely knowledgeable about the different vehicles I was trying to choose from. It was so nice to not feel pressured to drive off the lot in something immediately. Great communication with sales and management. Tim was amazing as well! I took my time and have my dream vehicle thanks to Jake, he made sure I was happy. I will be loyal to this dealership for life!
