I’m happy with the service in the fact I’ve heard so many horror stories that made the thought of buying a car mildly terrifying. This was the first car I ever bought, which is a pretty massive deal, and I did it on my birthday no less.

Honestly, my biggest disappointment and reason for not giving five stars is due to the smaller things.

I bought a brand new car, and the tire pressure is already low (it’s been three hours). I went in knowing what I wanted, and knowing my exact budget but the process still took nearly four hours (most of it was me sitting around waiting).

By the time we were able to leave, I was so hungry and ready to leave I didn’t notice until I got home: they didn’t even clean the car up and make it look all shiny and pristine.

Not a single person said “happy birthday” either, but I suppose that’s a far more petty thing to bemoan.

Actually, giving it some thoughtI’m really disappointed with the service. I’m pleased with my decision in which car to get, but the experience? Quite poor.

I used to work for Apple, and customer service was a very important part of the training we received. We were taught to celebrate the purchase with the customer, because it’s a big deal for them and they just spent a lot of money.

I just spent more than any customer I ever helped at Apple, and all I got was a lacklustre “congratulations” and a handshake. I just bought my first car! A new one, at that! It’s a big deal!

But the sales specialist I worked with not only kept me waiting for nearly four hours, he was often condescending (in a fairly subtle way, but still there). He didn’t ask me any clarifying questions, to make sure there wasn’t anything additional I may have wanted (there wasn’t, but it seems safer to ask in case I was unaware of an upgrade I could get). At one point he requested a document which was immediately emailed to him, though he was unable to download it. He came back over and made it seem like this was somehow our fault, and we needed to fix it.

I wasn’t intending to spend the majority of my birthday at a car dealership, and didn’t feel like my time was at all respected. And really? I should not have to put air in the tires of my brand new car. That’s absurd.

I just bought a used 2015 Chevy Equinox at Bill Crispin and I seriously had the best customer service, now mind you I test drove 9 SUV'S prior to coming here and I received the best customer service from Omar and Summer they are both very awesome people, Omar went on the test drive with me and answered all of my questions he was never pushy, gave me time to listen to the SUV and explained the warranty for the SUV, we got back got the dealership and we started the buying process, I had my own financing which made things really easy, Summer did ask if she could try to get me a better deal but I declined and she did not ask again. She did offered the wheel and tire plan which I accepted and couldn't be happier with the way I was treated, also I drove 70 miles to look at the SUV and they delivered it to me, Omar even called just before the SUV was to arrive at my house to make sure everything was good, once it arrived and it was done signing papers, Omar helped me with the on star and setting everything up. I would recommend Bill Crispin Chevrolet to everyone, especially Omar and Summer. Thank you so much!!!

Such a great experience at this dealership! Went in on a Thursday and explained what I was looking for and drove away with a new car two days later. That was only due to my wife and I needing to talk about it for a few days, or else I could have driven away with it that Thursday. The entire staff was incredibly helpful and kind! I had a fantastic experience last week. It was my first purchase with them and I won't go anywhere else for future needs, new or used. The salesman, business manager, and service people were all super. Fast, friendly, no hassle, no pressure, and genuine concern for their customers. I can be difficult and very picky, but this dealership won me over with ease. Highly recommend to go see them before you go anywhere else!

Professional, helpful, courteous, and timely are how I would describe the team members in the service department and the courtesy drivers. Taking a couple more minutes to drive to Saline was worth it. Would definitely recommend and return for future needs.

After an incredibly disappointing and frustrating visit to Varsity Ford concerning a lease buyout, I was told to look into Bill Crispin Chevrolet. I didn't have high hopes because my experience with Varsity Ford was so terrible. I was incredibly wrong! Their used car staff is incredible! Jon Martin, Summer and Don didn't stop working until they came up with a great deal. I ended up leaving with a loaded 2016 Chevy Malibu (not shabby at all!) instead of a base Ford Focus I had originally thought was my only option due to the price level I was looking. If you are looking for a used car or need help getting out of a lease, please see these folks. I wish I had gone there first instead of wasting my time in other places. Thanks Bill Crispin Chevy!

I was just recently in at Bill Crispin and the salesman Aaron Golliday was a very good salesman he did everything he could to get me in a car but it just didn't workout. I appreciate everything he did to try to make it happen but I will recommend anyone to deal with this salesman he will do everything he can great guy! Definitely Will be back to buy a car from him!
