I recently resigned for a third year living in the 1700 Geddes Ave apartments. The apartments are spacious and the price is great. Maintenance is always timely. This has been a great experience for me and I hope that continues into the future. The renovations although inconvenient at times are making 1700 Geddes even nicer with each passing week. Management has always been friendly as well. It is not a bad walk to campus plus the oxford shuttle runs down south u.

From my very first experience with CMB, they have had my back. I have an extremely fast paced business and they accommodated me through every step of the process to get me in and on the lease. They even streamlined the apartment viewing for me. I couldn't have asked for more.

I have nothing but good things to say about CMB management. The CMB tech that came to my apartment was very diligent in getting his job done and displayed a great deal of professionalism and respect. I'm very impressed to say the least.

CMB was not a good management company. I lived in Carriage House apartments last year and we experienced so many problems which weren't dealt with professionally. The apartment was supposed to be cleaned when we moved in (they claimed the carpets would be cleaned, the kitchen, etc.), however when we arrived, there seemed to be a layer of dust on everything, the apartment smelled like tobacco, and the oven was filthy. They were slow to do repairs all year, usually doing a mediocre job. I felt as if I was not treated as a "real" customer because I was a student, as they would fail to return my calls, and if they DID pick up, they'd make empty promises. Also, our apartment had a lot of bugs, which we complained about a couple of times. At least a couple of neighbors had leaks in their roof which were not properly fixed all year. On top of everything, we were actually CHARGED for unspecified wall damages which we were not responsible for. I would not recommend CMB Management as a rental company. Especially if you're a student, they will not treat you with respect.

We are fairly new tenants with CMB, but they’ve been awesome so far. It is super easy to talk with the staff because they are very friendly and knowledgeable. They offer great communication through their website as well for times when we are running a mile a minute.

I turned to CMB and I could not have been happier. The app process was fast and smooth. They provide pretty speedy answers and repairs. I don’t think we have waited longer than 24 hours on any service call. I have not had anything urgent enough to call their emergency line.

One of my best days is when I called upon CMB. They offered professional advice and provided all the information I needed for my investment properties. I have lived here for several years now and it has been excellent. I have needed a few things done to my apartment here and there. That is to be expected with any home and the repair crew is great. They had everything done in no time flat. All of my neighbors have also been wonderful over the years.

I lived in one of CMB management's properties, the Broadview Apartments, for 3 years. The apartment itself was good for its price at the time, and the appliances provided were new. The staff was always extremely helpful, accessible, timely, and polite in regards to any maintenance issues I had. Also, they try to upkeep facilities over time - my complex received new showers recently, and the on-site gym equipment options have been expanded a bit. I recommend living in one of their properties to anyone who can.

CMB Management is by far the best management I have ever dealt with. They are incredibly helpful, willing to do anything for you, and their maintenance team is phenomenal. If you ever have a maintenance problem, their team is right there to fix it in no time. Highly recommend this awesome management company! Big shout out to Woody for being so helpful. He is so friendly and helpful. He can fix anything!

I had a chance to listen to the CMB staff recently talking with their residents on the phone and observe meetings with numerous students in their office. Two students decided to rent one of their 2 bedroom apartments located close to campus with a beautiful park in the back. They said they chose this particular residence because it had many new upgrades, was only a short walk to class and a perfect place for them to take walks with their dog Jessie.
This is a family owned and operated company and it shows! The owner is in daily making sure promises are kept and his residents are totally satisfied. I rarely write reviews, but in this case excellence should be written about! Go CMB! Go Blue!
