Service is knowledgeable, cheeses are amazing.. classes are awesome, fun date night event.
Had a great sandwich & matcha green tea latte and enjoyed the outdoor seating. Definitely on the higher side with regard to pricing but overall I felt it was worth it.
Delicious food and consistently quality. Kale/Quinoa with Eggs, and Kale Chicken salads are fantastic. Great place to walk to after Saturday farmer's market. Dog-friendly seating outside.
Tried to get a different type of bread and the chef asked "why don't you like focaccia" don't feel like explaining my food preferences when I go out to buy a $13 sandwich. Seems stuck up but that's what you get in Santa Barbara. Also watched an employee use the toilet then skip hand washing.
So much amazing cheese here. A bit pricey but worth it.
Go here frequently for lunch and on the weekend for breakfast. They deserve 5 stars! hard working friendly staff & Consistently serve the best I don't agree with one time visitors or negative comments because they want to change a specific dish. These folks should go to a different establishment instead of posting low score reviews. Take a look at the overwhelming reviews tells it all
Sandwich was superb. Convenient place to get a variety of cheeses. We bought a Quebec cheddar and a California baby Swiss - both were really good!
Arrogant Chef, lacking in how to deliver customer service. Today I made a simple request to have the ham on the side of my Eggs Benedict. I was told it was against their policy to honor this request. When asked if they could leave it off, at first they said yes, so I requested not to be billed for the ham. I was told they would charge me for the ham that they couldn't put on the side, but could take off. The chef got indignant when I asked how this was serving the customer. His response "perhaps this isn't the right place for you". I found this quite a hostile approach, considering breakfast menus are typically filled with choices on how your eggs are cooked and what type of bread. The cashier actually offered to sell me a side of poached eggs, a side of sauce and a side of English muffins and assemble it myself. The chef must have trained at United Airlines.
First time here at C'est Cheese! And I'm definitely not disappointed! Great services! and on the outdoor patio people are able to smoke hookah.
We got a lemon chicken kabob plate and beef shawarma sandwich. delicious.
A place that sells cheese. Yeah, so why 4 not five stars. Sometimes you are the know-it-all customer and some other times you're me. You just like even love cheese, and want to eat some. Yes, maybe if there's time, discover a new favorite like "Prima Donna". But the people on the front of the house need to dumb down some things. That the cheese is massaged by geishas and then soaked in champagne with gold flakes? Sure, but, i just said it was yummy.
It's your average SB wine and cheese place. Not that fancy. Not rundown either. Ambience is okay. They serve all healthy options. Variety of cheese is great. Wine selection is okay as well. Not my cup of tea though!
Great cafe. This place shares a little market for some cheese, pate and wine. Great place to study or catch up on some emails to start the day. Food was delicious! Loved the fresh squeezed orange juice
Wide ranging selection of cheese, knowledgeable and helpful staff, this is one of the best cheese sellers in the country. As an added plus, the attached cafe has some of the best food in Santa Barbara. Try the grilled cheese sandwiches ( my favorite is the truffle). This place is amazing!
