They roast all types of coffee, including 100% Kona. Baristas are friendly and coffee is great. Relaxed, unassuming atmosphere.
Good selection of self-pour coffees, and the one I had was nice. Nice pastries and muffins too! Only downside is that it's busy, practically every table and seat was taken up by people working on laptops (on a Saturday mid morning). We snagged a seat outside in the sunshine though.
Great tasting coffee but could have had a little better presentation. Would have liked it to be served in a mug since we were dining in and not taking to go. Good place for a quick coffee and change of pace from Starbucks.
Barista is nice and somewhat trendy but didn't like their coffee. Giving it 3 🌟 since I really haven't tried all coffee here, but if you are trying some single origin pour over you may be out of luck getting help on tasting notes. There's good description written down on a poster for house blends so may be it's safe to stick with that.
Great coffee and atmosphere at this place. I've been going here for a while and staff is always nice. It's a great place to study unless you need it to be quiet. There are a some noise and loud music. Smells really good when they are roasting coffee beans! Open late which is a bonus.
I've visited this coffee shop many times through the years and always enjoyed the experience.
Baristas were nice, coffee was terrible. I ordered a cappuccino and received a 12oz cup of burnt milk and charred espresso. It was the driest cappuccino I have ever seen, with big huge bubbles 2/3 of the way down the cup. The espresso tasted almost exactly like Starbucks espresso, I threw the drink out immediately. The place was dirty and smelled mildewy, the bathrooms were gross and clearly hadn't had a good wipedown in months(years?). The whole place was sticky and dusty. I'm giving 2 stars because the people working there were friendly but this is definitely not a recommended stop.
Almost a dozen coffees to choose from. Opened very early, nearby Amtrak station. Baristas were nice and attentive, and there are restrooms. Indoor seating about 6-10 people. There are also pastries and some hot food items. I'll return again next time I use Amtrak to Santa Barbara.
Good place to sit and work. But my cappuccino was surprisingly poor. Whoever made it needs to practice steaming milk. (Do a Google picture search for the German word "Bauschaum" if you want to get an idea what my cappuccino looked like.)
Great coffee shop. Stopped by on a road trip as it was recommended. It lived up to recommendation. Good coffee, cool location and chatted with some locals and a few other folks go to where we were coming from.
A wonderful cafe. The class itself is really delicious, there is a very interesting crowd there, and it's decorated in an interesting way.
I've frequented this place since the early 1990's and they've never disappointed. I especially enjoy the aromas as they roast there own beans. Yummmmm!
Perfect Coffee place! Wide variety of coffee with great taste! Fresh and much better than any other coffee shops around!
A must for a great afternoon on your weekend
Have been enjoying espresso here for almost 30 years! Still the best iced coffees bar one in Kauai Hawaii I think I must have paid for a few of the bricks over the years. Check it out bold coffee lovers enjoy!
