This company continually amazes me. Patagonia makes efficient, quality gear, and leads the business world in ethical practices.

The first and flagship Patagonia store. Staff very friendly and hospitable. Very cool seeing vintage photos and paraphernalia about the company’s adventures.

My wife and I were traveling from Southern California up to El Cap to celebrate our one year anniversary and we decided since we'd be traveling by Patagonia we might as well call and see if we can get a tour of the facilities.
Chipper Bro answered the phone, a 20+ year Patagonia veteran, brand ambassador, and all-round amazing human. He was pumped to get my wife and I immersed into the Patagonia culture and showed us through the product testing/development, sourcing, designing, and marketing facilities at HQ.
We were huge fans before the tour, but I cannot speak highly enough about the staff's authenticity and genuine pursuit of a better world through the creation of functional low-impact products. I'm an advocate! Hugely inspiring to see everything from solar panels on the roof to Yvon Chouinard's desk (no computer, no cell phone, responding to emails by hand written notes) to the employee child-care center to Fletcher Chouinard shaping surfboards to the original tin shack where it all started.
