The folks at Byron have given me excellent service. When I call any time, because the furnace is misbehaving and it's 55 degrees in the house, they send someone out within a few hours. The service man is knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. If they don't have the part they need, they'll order it, although they might not get overnight shipping. The next time my furnace has issues, I'll call Byron.

Fast, knowledgeable, and prepared. Came over the day I called, diagnosed the problem and had the part on the truck, fixed the furnace all in the span of a couple hours. Just awesome, saved the day!

This company has changed ownership. On a recent service call while they addressed the issue, they charged $88 for a trip/diagnostic charge plus the 'lump sum' cost of the service which they were not willing to explain any breakdown for the cost. We have used this company in the past and have never been charged like this. The trip charge is not credited toward any service or time. We trusted them to charge fairly for their services and I feel taken advantage of.
