Love this place. Great prices, great food, awesome service. I would put Buzz's up against any of the fancy well know KC BBQ joints in quality of food.

If you go hungry here it's your fault. Ribs were perfect. Brisket was spot on. Got me a pound of pulled pork to go because it was so good. Fast friendly service. Prices seemed high until I started shoving this great food in my face.

My husband and I are truck drivers and we always look for opportunities to eat somewhere besides the truck stop. This place was excellent! Great atmosphere and friendly people! My husband had the Prime Rib and it was outstanding!! I had the pulled pork and it was very good as well. I loved the vinegar based slaw, it was a nice change from the typical mayonnaise slaw. We will definitely be back when we are passing through the area!!

Well this is the first time at this establishment. Ppl were really nice, atmosphere was good. I ordered the 10 oz bourbon steak with bbq beans and coleslaw. Well the beans were good and oh yeah mozzarella sticks, they were good also. The coleslaw, not really sure what kind of coleslaw it was I just know that it wasn't for my taste buds. I've never tasted coleslaw like that before. Finally the steak, well what can I say but I didn't taste any bourbon what so ever and there was a burnt taste on the outside, all and all it was bland and had the burnt taste but it was cooked to perfection. Perfect medium rare. My opinion it could certainly use some more seasoning. Prices weren't half bad.

The ribs were fantastic. The lady said they were going to be fall of the bone and they were. We all had really good meals we stopped by on our way to Branson. The lady who helped us was great and the atmosphere was just what we needed for the family.

We were on a weekend drive and stopped in to eat a bite. We like to go stop at different places when we travel. My husband ordered a chef salad. We were eating and a roach crawled out if his salad as he was eating it. We called it to our waitress attention and she was very upset about it and didn't know what to say to us. She apologized every time she had to walk by our table. They took off my husband's meal which was great but the rest of us couldn't eat because of the incident. It was a very bad situation. I believe the manager should of came out and apologized and not had us pay for any of our meals. Will never go back there again . hoped it would have been a good dinner. Thanks

Ants, ants, ANTS!!!! Ants IN MY FOOD. Live ants on my bread. Live ants walking off my plate! The manager/owner offered us a whopping 10% discount on one meal upon seeing the ants, said we could take it or leave it and that he didn't care if we came back. TERRIBLE customer service. The worst! Awful. We will NEVER return. ANTS IN MY FOOD!
Update: I tell people often about our TERRIBLE experience, and it doesn't seem to keep people from eating there. I can't stomach the thought of eating Buzz's ever again. Quite possibly the worst dining experience we've ever had.response / report this review -

Really good food. Hot links were the best I've had in a restaurant, the brisket was tender with nice smoky flavor too. Good sides, beans and sauce had great flavor. Friendly wait staff and good service. They had a good variety of items on the menu, not just a BBQ joint. I'll be hit it next time I am in the area for sure!

I had the T-bone steak medium rare it was tough and not very tasty. My wife had the barbecue ribs and the brisket burnt ends and it was very good. I would come back for the BBQ anytime. The service was good also.

Went here for Valentine's day dinner and although they were busy our service was excellent and the food was amazing. This was the 3rd visit and have always enjoyed eating here.

I would give this place negative 100 stars if I could. Went up there last night with my parents who were visiting from out of town. Due to my mom being handicap, we requested a table as opposed to a booth. Despite the place being around 80 percent empty, and many tables clearly being available, the extremely rude front desk girl told us that she could not accommodate the request for a table. She failed to explain why. I asked to speak with a manager, and was still not given a valid explanation. What they did was clear discrimination, and I will never again spend so much as a penny at this place. I'm also planning on contacting the Better Business Bureau. In addition, I'm considering legal action as I will be in touch with an attorney
