Awesome food. The bartender Kathy was very knowledgeable and ensured our drinks were to our liking. I'll certainly go back.

I have to state unequivocally that nicks is where I would like my ashes left. Their Sunday brunch - heck!, ANYTHING composed within its open, bright, and cheery kitchen is GASTRONOMIC HEAVEN!..Logan is THE MAN, and my favorite server JACKIE is so welcoming and knowledgeable. Decor and atmosphere is boss. I could wax-on poetic till 2030..believe the hype.

The food is phenomenal here. Such an experience. I got to sit at the bar and you can watch them cook the food. It's loud, but you're basically in the kitchen at the bar I sat at, which was super cool. Food is presented so beautifully and the pairings of food together is divine. I can't wait to go back.

We went here for our 1 year wedding anniversary. Made reservations for the 4 course chef's tasting menu with wine pairing for each course. It was amazing. The food was exceptional and the service was just as good. Our main server was very pleasent and friendly and kept wishing us a happy anniversary which was nice ☺️. Everyone there was so friendly and polite. I highly recommend Nick's, we are glad we spent this special night with them!

My husband and I are only in Rhode Island once a year, but we always make sure to come here. Their brunch is tasty but the dinner - in particular the tasting menu - is exquisite. It's better understood in the context of art, rather than a meal. Every single ingredient is thoughtfully chosen and when it all comes together, the flavors surprise and inspire every time. If you don't appreciate fine food and its complexity, don't eat here, but if you do, it's one of the best restaurants in the country.

    Don't believe the hype.

I lived in DC so I am no stranger to crazy pricing on tiny portions but this restaurant really got creative. When they say french toast in the menu they do mean a singular slice of french toast. The crazier part is the 40 minutes you wait for these microscopic portions. Is the cook staff limited to easy bake ovens?

When you get eggs Benedict, expect a biscuit, overcooked eggs, and watery hollandaise sauce. No meat, no side, no anything. The most flavorful part were the leafy greens I couldn't identify that blanketed the plate. Sadly they weren't flavorful in a good way. The cornbread was good but that's about it.

All of this wouldn't be so bad if the waitstaff wasn't so rude. Our waitress was very friendly but another that delivered our food would have a rude quip with every customer. I understand we all have bad days but don't take it out on your customers.

Creative menu of farm to table locally sourced ingredients. Portion size is ideal. Specialty cocktails are potent and refreshing. Enjoyed sitting at counter and watching the chef's collaborative staff finish each order; however, this didn't allow for conversation with my other party of four and shares the reason of why I only give 4 stars. The other is the lengthy wait of 45 minutes or greater.

They use quality ingredients and thoughtful recipes. Atmosphere is trendy and welcoming, similar to a cool spot you'd find in Brooklyn. Overall a great joint.

If Top Chef had a challenge to take diner food and refine and elevate it, the menu at Nick's is what you would get. Everything is great, but my favorite is the eggs Benedict. No little English muffins or Canadian bacon here. Biscuit, a nice ham steak (or whatever meat you want), perfectly poached eggs, and a light and delicious sauce in a hearty size portion. Also consider starting your meal with a muffin of the day.

Great brunch and dinner restaurant. Offer unique specials and farm-to-table movement. Not very good for groups unless you make a reservation. Brunch gets very crowded on Sunday, so wait or come early. Menu is large and offering something for everyone to try! Weather you have q savory or sweet feel in the morning.
