The restaurant was redone and looks really nice inside. The food was okay but not anything special. I also was unaware until the bill came that there are no free refills for fountain drinks, had I known that I would have just had a cocktail. The staff is friendly but overall I'm not that impressed with the new place. Miss the old Chianti's.

Wonderful atmosphere! A lot nicer and cooler than The Trap upstairs. Has 4 huge TVs by the bar and good menu options for a date night out.

Fantastic! Great atmosphere and delicious food. I brought 12 coworkers and we had a great time. Holy Mac and Cheese! Probably best I ever had. Will definitely be back!

The worst part about this experience was the feeling that you were being kept there for your money. I was told a 20 min wait. This ended up being 1 hour and 17 min until we eventually decided to eat at the bar. While we waited, we were consistently reassured that we would be seated soon. This never happened. Making sure they had our business seemed to be more important than our need to sate our appetite. There were people to our right AND left who expressed similar concerns. However, the bar tender who eventually served us was a wonderful woman. Perhaps management could grab some extra experience to run a busy restaurant. Food was good but overall experience is not worth the angst.

They made a huge mistake serving the meal. It would be too long to describe. They admitted they were wrong but did not offer to fix it or make up for it. Dissappointed to say the least.

I'm a trogladyte (sp) consequently my visage tends to generalize for my otherwise comely wife and son. As such we were wisked off to the farthest reaches, out of sight as it were from the guilded gentry. That aside, the service was friendly, bordering on effusive, best Manhattan ever, delightful viddles, presentation was excellent, decor is consistent with a furniture showroom, think Cardi's.
