Purchased a 2006 low mile Chevy Equinox from Frank. I received an awesome deal! I told him what I needed, and he new exactly what he had to make me happy! After the test drive, I walked into his office and he had already pulled the Car Fax. I am very happy to have a reliable vehicle for my son. Thank you so much for knowing what I needed!

Zack Munsell was a pleasure to work with. We bought a 2011 Chevy Traverse and absolutely love it! They were willing to negotiate on price, no song and dance about how they price competitively like most big box dealerships do. I would buy here again. And for the record, neither my husband or I are in any way, shape, or form related to the owner or any of the staff. I do not give 5 star reviews lightly, but Buy Right, Zack and Greg deserve it. Thanks guys!!!

This Dealership is a great place to get a new or used car. If you are looking for a first car for your starter, then i suggest you come here to find it. Parents, for your kids i suggest you come here to fine your son/daughter there car because they have some really great deals on there cars. Most of the cars there have low miles. They also have really good staff. They will treat you really good.

Sold me an unsafe 2003 subaru wrx. Rear shock mounts started to crumble away a week after i finaced the vehicle. Took the car to subaru in fortwayne to get two recalls looked at and the recomended i get the subframe replaced which is $600 dollars for the service and $400 for the subframe. They recomended going to a shop and having them see if they could maybe reinforce it or replace it cheaper. Took the car to a body shop and that is where they told me the car was unsafe because of the rear end of the car being so rotted out and damaged. They lawyer up quick when you mention you consulted a lawyer for information they get a real bad additude when you ask for a safety report from the two shops they supposedly had the vehicle inspected at. Also charged me 2k more tham blue book because they put on an exhaust and had maaco fill in some body rust with some paper and bond. Repairs to make the shock mounts in the rear solid again and the car driveable is almost 6k not including the subframe and anything else that might show up on a closer inspection. Engine runs great transmission is fine but financing a $1,500 car for $8,100 after $1,500 down doesnt seem like its worth it. Waranty "as is" but then again lemon laws are out there.
Updat 8 months later finally found out why the engine bogged at 3/4 full throttle. After replacing a maf coils spark plugs 2 o2 sensors a fuel filter and fuel pump found out the engine compression is at 90 psi in all 4 cylinders. Engine is shot. Never got on it during the test drive because it was a test drive not a race track so there's more money down. I just got my very first car from Buy Right Auto!! They gave me an amazing deal with a one year unlimited mile warranty. And with a full tank of gas!!! I definitely suggest young adults my age go here to get a good reliable first car!!

Experience at first was great, but a month later I came to find out my wife's car I bought from frank (big worm) had exempt miles. In the state of Indiana a car that is over ten years old that's what the miles are gonna be. Well then I pulled a car fax, there was an actual problem with the odometer. The vehicle couldn't be returned to big worm because he said there was no wrong doing. If I knew what I know now I wouldn't have spent the time and money at this place. Luckily odaniel Chrysler Jeep dodge truly helped my family purchase a "safe" and "reliable" vehicle. Please I urge everyone and anyone do not go here. I know what a true family owned business is and this place isn't it. It's a scam!
This customer was very happy with the vehicle and the terms of the deal. We have carfax readily available for our customers to view and it is plastered all over our dealership and website stating that it is available. This customer never asked to view the carfax before the purchase. There was a mistake that was made on behalf of carfax and anyone that looks at the actual carfax can see that there was a mistake made and that the miles were and fine and not altered. Customer never complained at the dealership and then ODaniel pulled the carfax for the customer trading it in at their dealership 30 days later and then they try to get us to take the car back because they wouldnt give him payoff for the vehicle. Customer did not purchase the car from Frank he purchased it from one our salesman. In the United state it is a federal law that states that any vehicle 10 years or older can be Exempt. As the Office Manager there was nothing that was done wrong or fraudulant regarding this purchase. We followed state law and guidelines.response / report this review -

I am honestly astonished by the negative reviews below. As I had nothing but an extremely positive experience here. Everyone was so helpful, and the owner went out of his way to make sure I was purchasing a reliable vehicle at a great price. I see a woman below talking negatively because her friend "wanted to buy a car" but that while she was on her way, it was sold. Excuse me miss, but what if she just decided to never show up? Whoever has the money first, gets the vehicle. Isn't that how any business works? And to the lady who is talking about her husband buying two trucks.Did you say he bought TWO for $2500?! Sounds like a steal to me. I personally take all of my vehicles to get inspected before purchasing, because it give me a piece of mind, and Buy Right has always given me that option. Also, you said you would have cut the deal short if it was up to you, yet you are on here bashing a company because of a decision y'all made, or that he made and that you kept your mouth shut about. Sounds like you should probably be taking a lot of this up with him. I just wanted to take the time out to right a legit review for this company. I have always been treated right here, and they will continue to get my business for years to come.
