Lev Designs is the best design firm we’ve ever worked with. As a GC, we look for a firm that is experienced, honest, and fairly priced. Lev Designs is all those things while having some of the most aesthetically pleasing designs in the market. There is NO ONE else that should be designing your dream home.

I cannot say enough about Vadim and his support team. We had been unsuccessful in obtaining permits for our project and was advised by the County to hire a designer/architect and engineer to do our plans. The LEV team did an amazing job in putting together our plans quickly and worked with their resources to get an Engineer to review and sign off on the plans and obtain a new Title 24 report. The LEV team was able to resolve the problems we had with the County and the Fire Department so we could finally get our permits. They are quick in responding to your calls or requests for information and are good about providing information so you can understand what is going on in the process. Again, I cannot say how amazing they were and would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs help!!

Hire Lev design to draw up blue prints for kitchen remodel and remove load baring wall to open up the space with my dining area.
Vadim and his crew did and amazing job from start to finish. I appreciate the email updates and communication. If your looking for a firm that can get it done for you all in one with no hassle, I would hire Lev design.

Lev Designs customized our existing house plan, noticing ways to improve various aspects of the interior to better suit our needs and fit our budget. They listened to our concerns and found solutions. It's especially nice that they were willing to work with the original designer in a pleasant and appreciative manner.
