  First off I love Burger King - their flame-broiled burgers beat McDonald's any day of the week. Second, this Burger King is not owned (as far as I know) by the evil Dovins (which is why I will not eat @ the Morgantown BK.

  The food is always freezing cold and disgusting at this location. Last time I complained and got what was promised to be new fresh food. It was cold and only half the food I had ordered. The owner called and promised me a gift card after my survey. Needless to say weeks later no gift card. BEWARE OF THEIR FOOD THEY DO NOT KEEP PROPER TEMPERATURES! Waste of money!

  Buns were stale and burger was lukewarm. The place doesn't seem to do enough volume to ensure fresh food.

  Ordered two Whoppers with only cheese that i payed extra for. Got home and realized iv recieved everything on both burgers except cheese. I called and then took the 10 minute drive back to recieve my whoppers. It didnt end there. I went home to find the whoppers without cheese at all and it was just bun and patty. I stated clearly to the man at the window that i wanted only cheese on my whoppers and both times recieved no cheese even when i payed extra for it. After a phone call saying my order was messed up again i was offered to come back for the 2nd time. Then i was called back 5 mins later and an employee there was telling me i ordered my order wrong. Will not eat there again.

  Good BK in a great location where there really aren't any other fast food choices. The store is fairly clean and the food hot and tasty.
