We were at Hollywood Christmas from 7 AM & had a great time. We wore our holiday sweaters & gave out candy. It was just great to have the staff dressed up & looking festive. They were great. Every year it gets better at Christmas!!

Not a horrible casino. Is on the smaller side and does have a small selection of tables. You can still smoke but it also has non smoking sections. Not the best signage to let you know where these areas end/start.

Great atmosphere. Plenty of slots to play. $15 for blackjack and increase during weekend nights it seems. Free soda. Bar, live music most weekend nights, several places for food check hrs for time they are open, sports bar on second floor. Penny slots to high roller. Marquee Rewards program with benefits increasing after first tier. Smoking and non smoking tables and slots. Poker area.

For a casino it's great. There are several dining options. I was here as part of a promo so I ate at The Final Cut Steakhouse for free. I wouldn't pay those prices otherwise. The staff was great. The food wasn't terrible, but I didn't get a filling meal. The off track betting area is like a total ashtray. But if gambling is your thing then you'll love this place.

A bit hectic! Help was always there for you. I'm not really a gambler but know others who go every week. I did not win anything. I did have good pizza. Got to see where the horse races were. Sat up above looking around. You could see everything. Weekends they have live music. I enjoyed a fantastic group here. Im sorry I will edit and add their name. The music was so infectious and was told they were favorites. I know I loved them!

The atmosphere is energetic & there are many different types of Slot machines & Card games. You must be 18 to enter Hollywood Casino & play the slots! GOOD LUCK!!

I have been gambling at Hollywood since they first opened. At first, I was treated rather well. Comps have slackened over the years considerably. My main gripe is that I have been asked to leave on three separate occasions. I feel I'm being profiled. Nonetheless, I have never been loud or belligerent, however; I have had men dump drinks on me and stumble about. Those playing table games are loud and obnoxious. That seems acceptable. I do believe this casino has seen the last of money. I will go to Mohegan Sun or the sands.

Not enough non-smoking areas. No bathroom near poker room. Poker tournaments blinds all Turbo / too quick; need more deep stack games with longer blinds. Horse racing seating & worldwide betting was cool. Need more variety & better quality food vendors.

We go here often and it's always clean and very fun. Of course it's more fun when you win but that's why they call it gambling. The restaraunts are all very good and worth going to even if you don't gamble.

Nice atmosphere. Only negative is Hollywood n Grind/ Gift Shop. Please put a door on this area so when you are trying to eat a sandwich, etc so your not also eating everyone's cigarettes and cigars. Please a door is definitely needed in this venue!! Remember people tip your waitresses they work hard! Thank you

If you come, You will not win. I came here maybe 3 times since 2017 and never won anything. No free spins, no bonus rounds, nothing Doesn't matter how much you spend. You will not win. Horrible Experience. I rather travel further away than give this place anymore of my hard earn money.

Staff was very nice and won $100 each on first 2 games played casino n bathrooms clean had a good 3 hrs. But it was also early afternoon not as many people my only complaint was the iced tea in soda fountain is unsweetened n the was no sugar there to put in it had 3 sips n started feeling sick still sick hrs later no more tea for me ! But will go to play again
