0 Stars would be more appropriate. This place is obviously ran by a handful of drug addicts. I have been a drug addiction counselor for 32 years and the behavior of several of the staff, that seem to be in charge at this location, have behavior VERY similar to addicts.
Very unprofessional place of government business.

Every-time my family & I go there its always something. I can’t name all everything on the list. But today I got an application from my doctors office to get a temporary handicap placard because I hurt my knee and its hard to get around my college. I go over there and the guy I got (that I could barely understand) tells me my application is invalid. And that it’s too old. He tells me to tell my doctor to fax a new one. I said okay thats fine. Little did I remember that he never gave me the fax number until I got home. So I call the BMV customer service line. And they tell me I have to drive all the way back there after I just got back home and get the fax number. I’m like your employee should’ve gave me that information in the first place! I’m mad at my doctors office but also the inefficency of the BMV. Totally ridiculous.

I was able to get in and out today in less than 10 minutes at 1 pm. They were quick, friendly and efficient. Thank you very much for such an easy experience.

Every other staffs were nice but one lady (looks angrily) the way she talked to customers she’s so disrespectful, rude. I was helping someone who doesn’t speak English and she talked so loud that everybody can hear our problems and watching us. This is so not comfortable.

Makayla is awesome!! My DL was expired, had been for awhile and I was unaware of this and need my DL for my job. So I had to retake written and driving tests. I went to beech Grove because it was closer and they said they couldn't test me for 2 weeks..I went to 135 and Thompson hoping they could test me I was distraught because I was afraid of losing my job. Makayla who wasn't driving instructor today, took time outta her day to give me my test so I didn't lose my job.. I greatly appreciate her and doing that for me! We need more people like makayla working for our government!! Thanks makayla!! -Carrie Jackson

They were no help to me. Services were awful. The lady made me feel like I was stupid and did not explain to me why i owed even more money after i had already paied for my renewal or where my money went for a renewal that I had already paid for. I believe this is called stealing! So if I could give a -star they wouldn't even get that. Hope you have a better experience.
