I would say overhyped. Way too expensive and the steak are average in taste and quality. If you want to spend a lot of money then this is the restaurant you ougth to be. Otherwise just go to a steak house restaurant that are reasonable on their prices.

Superlative dining! Gustavo, the waiter captain orchestrated every detail of our dining experience to perfection. Javier prepared a magnificent Caeser salad table-side that was true to Cardini's original recipe with a perfection of tossed fresh ingredients. Che was observant and attentive to our every need. I highly recommend the Chateaubriand for two.

The service is beyond compare and the food is fantastic. We had the Heirloom tomato salad, the Chateaubriand for two, and the beignets. All were excellent. The service is the best I've ever experienced in a restaurant

Expensive but worth it! Gotta try the Ceasers salad, it's made live in front of u. Steak is very good. Creme brulee is excellent.

I am not even sure where to begin! The entire experience was divine. My fiance and i came for his birthday/our honeymoon. We were pampered. We had the chatuebrianed (that is spelled really wrong) for two. The meat was perfectly cooked and the potatoes and mushrooms we had as our sides melted in our mouths. The service was impeccable and exactly how we wanted to spend our evening. Warning: it is expensive, but you get EXACTLY what you pay for.

Come prepared to be pampered. The Wagyu was hands down the best steak I have ever eaten! Perfectly prepared, zero complaints! The dress code is resort casual, but wearing something a little more elegant would be appropriate here. Bring an empty stomach but a full wallet, prices are what you would expect at a fine dinning establishment but it is worth every penny! Also note there is no self parking, it is valet only, but don't worry the $30 valet fee is waived if you are dinning here. Reservations are absolutely recommended, it can get pretty busy and there isn't much of a waiting room, although the hotel lobby is nearby.

The chateaubriand was excellent,perfectly cooked,and seasoned. The vegetables were very good as well. The service superb,the atmosphere was comfortable. The lobster dinner was crazy salty,it was returned. I was not impressed with the corn soup. Those are a matter of taste however. I highly recommend giving a go if you're visiting the hotel,or in the area. Prices are in line with any high end eatery near disney.

Very disappointed! We had a large party - 11 people - our food took 1.5 hours from the time we order to table. Steaks were room tempature - 2 of which were sent back. Salmon undercooked. The best part was side items and bread. For the cost to service/quality ratio - poor! Save your money! La Luce (Italian) restaurant at The Hilton was amazing and a fraction of the cost! Go there!

Best service around the world. We have stayed in Nevada and several other areas. Never have we had such a exponential service from a wicked group of people. Thanks so much for making it a special night!!!

Simply and absolutely AMAZING!! Firstly, the service is unbeatable, from the valet, to the greeter in the lobby who walked us to the restaurant, to the servers and restaurant staff!!
Splurge on a night here and experience the impeccable service and delicious food. I had the fried chicken It was to die for!!! I can't even taste chicken the same anymore. So mouthwatering. My husband had the HUGE Delmonico steak-- he says it was by far the best he's ever had. We laughed when they brought out his lobster bisque because of the portion size. It's a tiny square of lobster with an orchid onto which they pour a drizzle of soup. It was so funny. Maybe skip it because it's not cheap.
Our glasses of water never got past half a glass- they kept refilling it. If you stood up and walked away from the table for the restroom, they would run over to the table and set everything back up like it was when you first sat down. They'd wait and place the napkin on your lap too. They were super friendly and even made great conversation. I can't express enough how grateful I was for such amazing service.
We sat by the window and watched the fire works with dinner for our anniversary.
This was two years ago and I still rave about how amazing it was.

Came here to celebrate a budding business relationship before the NAVC Veterinary Conference.
We all come from Kansas City so we are used to great steaks but the 30 day aged steaks served at the Bull & Bear remind me of Gallagher's Steakhouse in New York City who held my personal record for best steak until now.
The Mac and cheese here is an art form of it's own and must be savored to be believed.
Rafael Frederick, the General Manager was the reason we will return here, time and time again. He saw my buddy and me trying out their AMAZING collection of bourbons including Pappy Van Winkle in 12yr, 15yr, 20yr, and 23yr.
He engaged us and introduced us to a Tampa brewed bourbon and brought us out a couple of VERY respectable cigars.
I wish I was closer. I would eat there weekly. I can't wait because in another month I have a pet convention back in Orlando and we will go back to visit !
