Poor service not in business really to make keys when you have to set an appointment to see if they have the key that's needed they should get into another business and focus on that if it's another business that they are focused on don't advertise that you make keys because you do a poor job of it poor customer service as well,

Bulger has been a wonderful, valued vendor for many years. They got us back on our feet immediately after a break-in 3 years ago. We had a number of doors kicked-in or pried open. Bulger was on-site and had us secured that day. Over the next 3 days they repaired/replaced/re-keyed over 100 entry locks. Just the very best level of service!

tried getting my keys cut for my original house key at home depot and ace. was told by both places to go to bulger. cam was super fast identifying the key and even faster making it. was in and out in 3 minutes.

Couldn't duplicate a simple car key, wouldn't recommend a locksmith with the ability, only recommended the dealership. Also wouldn't sell me an unrestricted key blank due to "company policy". These guys are real "classy" 🤢

600$ to install an 85lb safe. That was more than the safe itself. They also took a week to call me back with that quote. Polite but not competitively priced. A local competitor did the install for half and were vastly more responsive. Like any other costly endeavor it pays to shop around.

Called got put on hold, gave my number for them to call back, they did not. Next day I call again get put through to some one who a giant asks for my number to call me back. After explainingredients that I'd done that already they requested instead email them.
I wanted keys for my motorcycle made as I'd lost them and was told to bring in the ignition assembly if I wanted the job done.
I'd say their customer service was subpar and overall the services they offered inconceivable unless I was willing to disassemble my bike or have it towed to their shop.
I ended up going to Sevan who responded with one phone call and showed up when they said they would.

This place is top-notch. Excellent and knowledgeable staff, prompt and quality service. We got a great breakdwpn of options for replacing our locks, balancing the best security with affordability--they don't just try to sell you the most expensive option. We'll definitely be using these guys for any lock needs we have in the future.
