We had water damage to our floor in the kitchen only but needed to refinish all the way into the master bedroom. Builders did an outstanding job working with us on color selection and finishes. We were very pleased with the job they did and their professionalism and would highly recommend them.

The true test of a good company is not how they perform when everything's going great but rather when there's an issue. This is truly a stand-up company. We had a small hiccup that quite frankly could have been my fault (not fully understanding the finish process). They were wonderful. My floors look amazing. I'm super happy. And their installers are really really terrific. Chris helped me and he and his partner were couteous and professional and did a wonderful job. I highly recommend them.

Builders custom flooring was professional from the beginning to end of our job. Prompt, hard workers , experienced in how to handle the huge job of adding new hard wood to our home, blending w/ the old & matching the stains beautifully, worked tirelessly each day. They kept us informed every step of the way, & yes finished the job on time, no excuses. Though we had to make allowances to or living situation, the process never once held us hostage. Crystal came in @ end of job to clean any residue left in our home. She was amazing too. Highly professional, she explained the care of our new floors. She left our home spotless& , made sure we were happy w/ the job. I can not say enough about Builders Custom Flooring I highly recommend them, would use their expertise in a heartbeat .

Our floor was installed 1 year ago today. We had one small issue last week, and they came out immediately and corrected it. We have loved the floor since day one.Very good workmanship and customer service.

Excellent quality wood but installers had difficulty with prep work regarding removing existing flooring. They did damage to my walls. Fortunately, Dan the owner was completely accommodating and made everything right 100%. Accolades to Dan and his customer service staff for maintaining 100% customer satisfaction.

The store had what we were looking for. We wanted to match our existing wood floor as closely as possible. Since our existing flor was finished on site they explained that any pre finished product would not match the existing floor. We went with a red oak finished on site. We were fortunate that we had a sample of the finish used on the existing floor.

The installers were great. They answered any questions I had and even took the molding home to finish so they could finish the job. They also went over the floor on their hands and knees to check the quality of the finish. They didn't like the finish after the second coat so they re-sanded and added a third coat of finish. Even though it took four days to complete the job we did not feel inconvenienced.
