Knowledgeable staff with friendly and professional service. They provided some helpful hints about the service I was performing on my snowblower at home and even stayed a little late for me to pick up parts just after closing. Great store!

The service department is a joke!! I took my lawn mower there to be repaired on Nov. 4th. I paid the $37 estimate fee and was told they had to look it over to determine if it just needed a new belt or transmission. I asked what would it cost for a new belt and was told $52 and that they would put the $37 estimate fee towards the work price. They also told me it could take UP TO 2 weeks for an ESTIMATE. I agreed to the terms and left the mower for estimate. After hearing nothing for 2 weeks I called to inquire and was left on hold for 10 mins. When they finally decided to come back to the phone they told me they would have the estimate the next day. After calling every other day for ONE WEEK, getting put on hold for 10 minutes each time, to be told it would be done the next day, I decided to go to the store again in person. While I was in the store I was told the transmission was fine that it was the belt that was broken. They then told me the belt was going to cost $140!! On top of the estimate fee that i already paid and that it would not be put towards the amount. They then said it would take ANOTHER week to fix. I told them that I would not pay almost 3 times the amount he originally told me, for a belt! I told him to give me my mower back and they tried to give it to me IN PIECES!! UNBELIEVABLE! I asked to speak to a manger and was told there was no manger there. I asked for my estimate refund and was told I could not get that either. Now I am out my money and a mower. UNACCEPTABLE!!

Horrible Experience! Took lawnmower here for a tune up. Repairs costing over $1000. Brought the machine home to find out that the new parts were installed incorrectly. This caused more damage to the machine. Beware of this company! I will never be back.

As a local Arborist it's been hard to find a reliable source for service and supplies until Burdick Street came along. They always have what I need and they have always been quick on turn arounds for repair work. The employees are knowledgeable and the owners treat you like family. Couldn't be happier!

Service Department is Horrible!! Paid to have tractor picked up to have an oil leak fixed. They had it about a month. After numerous phone calls I finally got it back and IT'S STILL LEAKING!!! Now they want me to pay for pickup again so they can look at it. After I said they should have fixed it the first time they will not respond to any of my emails. Thanks for the great customer service Kristina (Service Manager). TAKE YOUR EQUIPMENT SOMEWHERE ELSE.
Come to find out they put about 1/2 gallon more of Hydraulic fluid in than needed. Glad they can read a manual!!!!!!!!!!

I went to Burdick Street today and purchased a new lawnmower. The staff was very helpful. Tyler the sales person was great. The Toro lawnmower he recommended was exactly what I needed. It is easy to use and start .The mower came prepped and ready to go with no additional cost like other places. Burdick Street had a lot of mowers to choose from and the pricing is competetive with no added cost for prep. I would highly recommend them.

Avoid this place for repairs! Told it would take a week to get an estimate! An hour after dropping off my push mower get call with estimate. Two weeks later i call and was told it was ready just had to power wash and test. Next morning get a call at work. I could not take call but figure its ready. Go pick it up additional charge for new blade. Get home go to cut my grass for the first time and the front wheel they replaced falls off! So much for the test and inspection!

Not exactly happy. I took a stihl leaf blower this spring in because it would idle but would not rev (stalls). The shop did a general tune up and I picked it up and did not use it until this fall. I should have tested it when I picked it up in the spring but did not. Tried this week and have the exact same issue. Took it back to Burdick's and asked that they look at it again (still had service tag on it). They treated it as a new engagement, wanting to charge me again for a diagnose. I asked that they waive it due to the mis-diagnose the first time. They said "no" and said they couldn't help me. I did mention I run high octane in it and they said that was my problem and sent me out telling me to change my gas. I did not expect a free fix, just some compassion and perhaps a free diagnose (got neither). I would have had them do the work anyway.

I purchased a used SCAG mower off a family friend that needed work. Everyone at Burdick Street went above and beyond to help me save my Sabre Tooth Tiger. Their parts selection is top notch and had 99% of what I needed instock. I can't say thank you enough to everyone at Burdick Street for saving me and my mowers ass.

    Thank you guys!

I did have an issue in the past with this business, but the owner was nice and gave me a phone call to resolve the issue in a professional manner.
I will be coming back to purchase products in the future.
    Thanks, Luke Meyer

I have been dealing with Burdick street since they opened. I have never had bad experience with them. They always seem to go out of they way to help me out. Each time my machine needed repairs that would
take longer than a few hours they would offer the use of a demo machine. Everyone is friendly is friendly. Will continue to buy my outdoor power equipment from them. Thank you.
