We were hesitant at first because of the reviews, but our experience was different. The food and service were great!! Lesson learned form your own opionion because ppl get in there feelings on these kind of things. We came at lunch and our Server was Mary

DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT go on Wednesday nights for Bash Night (all you can eat wings), unless you want to be subjected to EXTREMELY bad EXTREMELY loud karaoke. I walked out and they lost a customer for this reason.

First thing we noticed was how awesome the restraunt looked.. Nice booths tvs all over.. Then we met sydney and she surpasssd our expectations of what good service is.. Food was wonderful.. Everything was. We will return.. Priced accordingly.

It really wasn't that busy. The first order we put in we waited almost 30 minutes. Part of the order was wrong. Surprising, they sent the correct order within a few minutes. We ordered more wings. Another rediculous wait, so we just paid our bill and left.
There was another couple next to us and it appeared they were getting wings constantly.
I doubt we will be back. It's an over priced chain restaurant. One of these days I will learn.
Update:
We went here again today 8/2/17. You would have thought I had learned the last time. Guess not!!! Service was just ok. The food was extremely marginal at best. The wings were extremely tiny!!! I got their hottest sauce. Well, it wasn't hot to me. After tip, $33.00 for lunch. Really wasn't even close to worth it. Never again!!!!response / report this review -

Wings are great. Service is poor. On one visit we were seated and ignored for fifteen minutes. We got up and left. On a following visit it took twenty minutes to get any food from the time we ordered. The restaurant had less than five tables with customers.

We've been here many times over the past couple of years, in hopes that maybe it has improved. Today was the last straw. Out of our party of four, two people were unable to get what they wanted because they were out of those items. The restaurant was empty, but it took over 35 minutes for our food to come out, and our server never came to the table in the meantime to check on us, refill drinks or apologize for the wait. The food itself was mediocre, but the wings were good. Save yourself the headache of awful service and just call in for pick up.

I hate giving this place a bad review because if it was run correctly, the food would be really good. But unfortunately, the people running this place need to get their stuff together. I love the corn and the flatbreads here and even the wings are pretty good (I'm not a huge wing person). But the service is awful and the food comes out looking like its been sitting for hours. To pay $50+ to eat garbage is ridiculous. My corn was inedible and the fries were cold and soggy. Wings were cold and tough.

Went there for lunch, since I wasn't sure what the place is about. They looked very busy! I ordered Wings and Tender, it was about 12 dollars. Food came about 20 minutes later, the fries were the only thing that was hot, the wings and tenders were like warm. The size of the wings were tiny like literally the size of my pinky (or 2) and looked over cooked which begs the question how is it possible that it looked overcooked and is not hot lol. The tenders were well nothing like picture for sure, not even close.
The food overall definitely didn't taste fresh like the menu advertised; the garlic Parmesan wings tasted funky compare to other places I've been to. Most of the fries were just over fried bits and pieces hidden on the bottom of a few fresh looking ones. I ate pretty much everything; but only because I paid for it, not because it was such amazing food.
The waitress was nice, but I think she was pretty busy during the lunch time; didn't see her much.response / report this review -
