Everything was phenomenal until we started realizing that they sat all black patrons in the back half of the restaurant and we were sitting in the back with 3 other black tablescheck please
Busy little spot with good Margaritas. They have different drink specials on certain days. They have lots of TVs and live music. Only down side for me is it's Valet parking.
The restaurant is located in a strip mall so there's generally plenty of parking. The queso with chorizo was pretty good, and the tacos were excellent! The drinks, however, were way overpriced for what you got. The service was fast and friendly. Overall, it was a nice experience.
1 Star for the waiter lying. Said she didn’t forget about us as she didn’t bring what we asked for even after 25 minutes of sitting.
Her excuse alcohol was now beginning to serve and she got slammed.
Well I wonder why the other servers were out busting their tale at their tables helping us do your job.
Chips and Salsa 6 bucks? Stop the al la cartel robbery,
I have had two bad experiences here with rude servers and lack-lister food. On one occasion a server got in a argument with me after I requested that she take untouched food off my bill after it was sloppily put on my plate and was nothing like the description in the menu. I understand a server is not necessarily responsible for the kitchen's mistake or performance, however there is basic etiquette for handling such issues in a professional, customer-oriented way. There seemed to be a disconnect with my particular servers understanding that your job performance directly correlates to your income.
To make matters worse a good friend of mine and his lady friend where unfairly targeted by their management for requesting a table that was not in a high traffic area and asked to be escorted out by police. Management was overheard using racial slurs in the aftermath of the event. If you treat respectful professional people with such disrespect, you do not desire a dime of my money.
Good customer service is easy simple; this place misses the mark horribly. There are many other dining establishments in Atlanta that are welcoming to all, provide excellent customer service, and not to mention great food. Do not spend your money or your time here.
I will no longer be supporting a business that openly and proudly discriminates against people of color. What else would you call an owner who kicks out a paying customer for complaining about racist remarks from the table next to him? (The remarks coming from the owner's BROTHER no less). In addition, on two separate occasions I have personally witnessed staff and ownership offend and provide horrible service to black people. My friend simply asked to see the food menu at the bar while we were having a drink and was met with an attitude as the bartender flung the menu at her. She was not rude and did nothing to deserve that humiliation. The second occurrence is even worse. The full story is posted in the pictures section. My message for the owners of this establishment is that if you do not like black people, you should relocate your business outside of Atlanta. Until then I will continue to spread the word that we will not tolerate hatred and humiliation.
I once enjoyed this particular restaurant because of the service, nice patio, and great drinks. However, this past weekend a less than favorable incident occurred that needs to be shared. I am not interested in being slanderous, but I don't think people should frequent an establishment that celebrates the mistreatment of its customers and condones the use of racial slurs. Not only were the nasty slurs used by those in the owner's company, but the owner himself did not apologize to those who were slighted. Judge for yourself if you want to hang out in a place that does not promote equality and diversity--especially in these times, but I will not spend money in this establishment again.
Inexpensive & large servings. I ordered the salmon kabob & I'm impressed with the way they season the fish. It's delicious. The staff are very friendly & attentive. I will be back!
Good Mexican spot i usually stop through after work. Grab a bite to eat and drink. I recommend the kale me crazy taco and the nachos soooo good
Pretty average spot to grab a decent priced taco with good flavor. This place gets extremely busy so I suggest you make a reservation. They also have valet parking which is a must in the area.
I have been here dozens of times and love it. You will have to valet park. Ferrari's & Maserati's in the front all others in the back:) Enjoy!
This place is deemed ambient simply because it's lively. Let's be honest, there's nothing spectacular about an outdoor patio merely 5 feet away from Atlanta's second busiest street (Piedmont) and a few more feet you land on Peachtree (first busiest street)! If you tune out the immature, boisterous presumed college kids and sports news, you will hear the motors revving from muscle cars and bass. If it's not clearly heard. Not sexy, romantic, nor peaceful!
The waiters can't recommend a single food item on the menu. Everything my server endorsed was alcohol beverages. I don't mind indulging in a good sip, but I need food too! I took a leap of faith and ordered a variety of 4 tacos. They were so unpleasing; I can't recall the names. No biggie, they're not memorable so why to bother remembering. The drink was okay. What I originally ordered was out of stock, so I settled for the red sangria. The cup had so much ice; it tasted like fruit infused water. No thanks to a second glass and I'll pass on the second visit.
Awesome first time experience here. The service was great and food was even greater. The drinks were definitely on point as well. Will be back soon
