Point Collision is great ! Patrick & Taylor are awesome they took care of everything (insurance ect) both my husband & I had accidents in 2017 & went here. They are all professionals & my car looked brand new when i picked it up like it never happened AMAZING! Highly recommended Cant say enough good things 😃

Excellent experience, regardless if through an insurance claim or self pay. Patrick, the manager, always makes sure you are satisfied with the repairs. We have used them three times. Fair and reasonable prices.

If you need body work on your vehicle, you NEED to bring it to Point Pleasant Collision. Patrick and Taylor were absolutely amazing during the whole process. This was my first experience with needing any body work for my car and they made the whole thing painless and made me feel better about my lack of knowledge. They explained everything in detail and went over all the options to replace my fender AND helped me with the insurance. They quoted me a time of 2-3 days for the repair, stayed within that time frame, the total cost was less than their estimate and my car looks like there was never any damage! On top of that, they even called Enterprise for me to be picked up when I arrived at their shop. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Great people. Great repair. Great price. We didn't want to deal with insurance because it was a small dent. Point Pleasant Collision made the car, a white 2015 Beetle Classic, look brand new again. Very friendly. Finished in a couple of days. Very reasonable price!

Quick quality service. Awesome body and paint job. Pat will find the best option for getting your car back to normal.

2yrs later - i was recently in an accident. I brought my car back to Pat again to get the entire rear end fixed along with other damage. Another great job by him and his team! They took care of everything with the car and the dealt with the other insurer to simply the process.

Top 10 - A#1 - Would give 10 stars if I could!
My daughter had her first fender bender. The same day we drove over to Point Pleasant Collision and they gave us the best price and the best service. The part was ordered immediately and installed the next day.

WOW! This is a full service, first rate business! The owner/ manager, (Patrick), is wise for his years; not only about the auto body industry, but how to take care of customers. I have used this company over the last 6 years and I would not go anywhere else. The company has worked with me my insurance and handled dings on my kids cars for cash, They have always been more then fair and I always appreciated the expedient turn around. An aluminum awning had detached from my home and scratched up the front end of my car, damaging the bumper and hood and along the drivers side. Patrick and his team at Point Pleasant Collision made my car look like it just came off the lot of a new car dealer. I'm so grateful for the hard work they put in to make it look as though nothing happened.

Great and amazing people and talk about more than fair pricing. i had went to a couple of auto body shops for estimates and the estimate these guys gave me were far better than anyone else. not only was the estimate better but they dont make you pay more than you have to, aftter the work was done on my car they actually made the price lower than the estimate since the job went smoother than expected. just great people and a amazing place, i will never take my car to another body shop!!
