Fast and friendly service. Got my safety check and my yearly car registration. In and out in 20 minutes. And it’s a Saturday!

The thing I love most about BJ’s is Jeremy. He knows who I am right when I walk in. He knows I suck at getting my car maintenance done. He knows I like to drag my feet and huff and puff when my cars need repairs but eventually I’ll tell him to just do what needs to be done. Thanks Jeremy. Until next time. I called to scheduled to have tires put on my truck. They had them in stock, so I made the deal. When I picked up the truck, an engine light was on. I had them clear the code and they said it was a oil pressure switch. What they didn't know when pulling this scam is I witnessed them going through these exact motions with one of their customers a few months earlier. The situation was almost identical. I have no time in my life for a modern tire store that uses old trick and gimmicks to generate business. In my opinion, if they are willing to do this I would stay away purely on safety and quality of installation. I won't be back, Big O Kaysville has great service and doesn't seem to play these games.

Had my front end breaks redone here about a year ago and recently started having problems with warping on the rotors. Even though I was on the verge of being outside warranty they took care of me and replaced the parts no questions asked. If you're looking for a great experience getting your car fixed I highly recommend coming here.

I have taken my cars here for a while. I really appreciate their customer service and honesty. I had taken my van in for its annual safety and emissions inspection. It didn't pass initially because I was told that the tie rods on needed to be replaced. I scheduled an appointment to have it done, but when the tech that does the work double checked he felt that while there was a little play in the tire, it didn't warrant replacing the tie rods at this time. I really appreciated that they just didn't do it, but let me know. One of the things I value most is the honesty of those that do mechanical work on my cars. Also, when these guys have done work on my cars, it has always been quality work!

BJs is a great honest place to get you auto fixed or work done. Great tires, and excellent service. I've been going there for over 7 years, have always been very satisfied with their service. Employees are also excellent.

I went to jiffy lube to get a state inspection done today. They were pretty busy and when I sat down (with my three year old son), the lady next to me told me that she had been waiting an hour and no one has even taken her info. With my little one, that kind of wait was out of the question so I started calling around. So glad I ended up at BJ's because not only were they quick and friendly, they had a great kid area for us to wait in so my son stayed happy to while time we were there. :-)
