  The customer service at this particular store is very disappointing. I walked up to the counter and was ignored by 3 employees who were chatting.

  Only reason i give the store two stars is because i know they have good quality clothes. One of the only stores i get my jeans from. Most buckles give u an experience when u walk in they help u pick out clothes give u suggestions to make statement pieces and an overall great time. This store was horrible. I wasnt ever greated. I never saw a worker i tried to talk to someone and was ignored.... it was not the normal Buckle experience i am use to.

  I was looking to invest in a pair of miss me jeans. I went to the store without knowing my size or what exactly I was looking for and not one person helped me. All the workers were too busy talking to each other about their personal lives to each other to help anyone out. When I find someone to ask my size, she was very rude. I stood outside the dressing room trying to ask someone for help and every worker walked right past me. I will never return to this particular store again.

  I love buckle and how they take care of me every time that I go there! I'm a convert for their jeans.... Can't imagine wearing anything less than bke
