Place was completely full, and we had reserved 12 lanes weeks ahead of time. Yet, they still only had 2 people working to rub the bar, kitchen, and bowling lanes.

Great experience. Reasonable prices and had a very flexible bar tender willing to custom make whatever I wanted -- reasonable prices on drinks too!

Well, I got cut off on the phone trying to make a reservation. I understand that it was cosmic bowling night but that shouldn't define the customer service aspect. Also they did not ask me if they could help me out with anything else and proceeded to the next call. But that could just be me nit picking.

The atmosphere was fun the band was awesome, the service was lousy. Our waitress never came to out table, and we tried flagging her down needed up going to the bar to get our drinks. Other wise it was a great first time experience.

Lanes seem to have a springboard effect on the ball. Not real impressed with the overall quality of the lanes. Staff is friendly and the place is clean. So if high scores are what your looking for stick to somewhere else but just to have a good time and roll some games it will do the trick.
